I have ordered many fruit trees and berry bushes from TyTy. This company is very affordable, the trees are packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes. The quality of the plants is great, I have only lost a couple of trees but they honored the plant guarantee with a credit. I could not be more happy with this company. I continue to order plants from them.

3 of the 4 pecan trees I purchased never grew. They refunded my money as a credit with the nursery. I would rather have had live trees. Barring that, I would rather have had my money back

I ordered 2 thornless blackberry plants and 2 raspberry plants back in June when they were half off. Unfortunately, none of them survived despite me following all the planting instructions and guides. The positive side is that Ty Ty did honor their insurance policy and issued me a refund, which I appreciate. The downside is that since the sale isn’t going on anymore, I’d only be able to replace half of what I originally bought. Overall, I’m grateful for the refund but disappointed the plants didn’t make it and that I can’t repurchase the same value at the sale price.

I was shopping to replace a tree that arrived dead. I planted it exactly the same as another tree I bought from Ty Ty. The healthy tree grew leaves a short time after I bought it, but the second one never did. I got a refund, but less than what it cost me to buy a smaller replacement tree and the shipping. I bought from this company because it was the only place I could find the type of tree I wanted. I’m disappointed.

We purchased 3 trees and all 3 died within the first 6 months; we did receive a credit for the trees but we are still out the shipping fees and if I purchase again I have to pay another shipping fee. I really think you need to address this issue.
