When I asked to change the delivery address, I got a prompt acknowledgement . . . then an email saying my address was not "deliverable". I can't think of a reason that would happen since I get deliveries from different vendors every week since we moved here.

4 out of 5 ordered trees died. One was dry completely upon arrival. Yes, the nursery provided a warranty same time it seems tricky.
The warranty reflects a monetary amount compensation only WITHOUT shipping cost.
So if you bought trees with 35% discount last year, they warranted only that amount and not a number of trees they shipped you dead. Plus they gonna charge you a shipping fee that stays equal or more than a tree cost.

Ordered four fruit trees, three survived and the one that didn’t a credit was issued.

Most of the plant were not full grown only one small branch was has leaves, though Most of the plants I bought 5-6 fet and half othem did not grow and have to use credit to buy and then additional shipping neede to be paid.

I placed an order September 1 2025 . The website said it was unable to be cancelled because is was ready to ship. Then I called the company and they said had scheduled shipping for January of 2026. That doesn't sound like a ready to ship order. Also how do they expect me to plant a grape vine in the middle of winter. If I receive it at the end of January and can't plant it for 4 months it will not live.

The tree was shipped without soil and was planted in the ground within 24 hours of arrival. It immediately started to die and lost its leaves. when I messaged customer service, they said it should be a normal shock, and the leaves should come back. It has been months, and it has never come back to life. it was also a lot smaller than expected. I purchased the biggest one on the website at 8-10 ft, but it arrived shorter than me, including the roots. For reference, I am shorter than 6ft. Hopefully Ty Ty can provide a replacement next year when the planting season comes around again.

I received 2 Paw Paw trees. They were dead. Then I asked for a refund and was given a store credit. The shipping cost was not refunded. I can’t access the credit to use it.
So I have 2 dead trees, and have to wast my time tracking down this credit. The shipping was over $35 so guess I’m eating that. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

So far the product (crepe myrtle) is excellent. Purchased in May'25 and planted in June'25. Blossoms by the end of July'25. Crepe myrtle seem healthy and I see growth. Only 1 issue. Ordered 4 of the Red Rocket variety. 3 of the 4 turned out to be purple flowers. Ty Ty has promised to make it right and has promised to ship 3 Red Rockets in season which is spring 2026.
