Weak guarantee policy. They will not replace trees that don't survive. They give a credit so if you want to replace the dead trees they apply the credit to their then current price so if you purchased them on sale or if they raised the price you end up paying even more than b the original price you paid

I had a very productive interaction with tyty support. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I bought a persimmon tree few years ago and its fruits were not the shape I expected for the variety i bought . So I asked their opinion on it and they agreed with my suspicion of the mistaken variety. So they promptly set up a replacement order for me, for the variety I wanted. They always communicated well, promptly and constructively. Didn’t try to avoid the issue, but addressed it in a most positive way. It’s a pleasure to deal with tyty customer service!

Ordered 6 grape vines, 4 of them are doing great. The other 2 never took. Called and emailed nursery and received store credit. Just disappointed that I can’t just get a replacement for those vines that didn’t take.

I am hopeful that the problems are being corrected properly. Two grapevines arrived in good condition and produced in the very first year. The price was excellent. However, there seems to be a problem with their source or quality control. Both graves were the wrong variety. I am in Virginia. I have a cousin in Idaho, who has had the exact same problem with them. They seem ready and willing to resolve the problem, but it will be a year or two before. I know if they will have gotten it right. In the meantime, I am 4 to 5 years without the grapes that I ordered. All grapes involved have seeds and were ordered as seedless varieties so not only the wrong variety but with seeds to boot. Still, I am hopeful that in the end, I will have the correct healthy varieties of seedless grapes.

Bought 2 cherry trees. One died followed by the other. I filled out the application for the money back guarantee and they didnt get back to me for almost a month and that was only after i sent the application in again and emailed them. Then they only gave me a store credit for half the cost of 1 new cherry and hasnt even addressed the second tree dying. I dont want to buy from them again. I want my money back(for BOTH TREES) So i can go somewhere else where i wouldnt have to be constantly on them to get them to honor THEIR GUARANTEE!!!! Wheres my money TY TY???

Unfortunately 25% of the plants/trees I purchased from TyTy this spring were dead, not dormant. Submitted multiple photos, and then wasted more time do the required scratch test and taking more photos only to find out that my card would not be refunded and there would only be a store credit issued which would need to be used within 1 year. Followed planting recommendations. TyTy should either be responsible for sending replacement trees or providing a refund via the original mode of purchase like other places I've shopped.
