I ordered 2 plum trees. They arrived still in dormancy. They were planted immediately in full sun, with irrigation and watered extra often. They never came out of dormancy and were a waste of money and a growing season. I will ask for a deserved refund. V. Moser

my cherry tree with blue paint lost all its leaves and my black cherry with yellow paint lost all but one leaf. plum trees are doing verry well and mulberry's are fine as well.

I didn’t have good experience with TyTy. Firstbof all all tress arrived were llooked dead they werenjust a stick… they said u just grow them as is and they should be good we sid that an even after 6months they statyed same no growth .. requested for refund which they denied and then creidt was issued that too with tax and shipping cost deducted noone ever deducts taxes and shipping is refundedback as it was their fault not ours… very bad exo. I would not recommend anyone to but from you guys.

All of the trees in one of the orders I placed did not leaf out. I spent $62.76 on the order and received a credit of $24.72. You didn't even refund the tax I paid on the order. I lost a whole year of growing. Sorry but I can't order from your company anymore. Your plant guarantee is pitiful and placing future orders with you is just not worth the risk. I'll go somewhere else to buy trees.

First and last time Customer. Guarantee for a live plant is not true. The guarantee is only for the price paid at time of transaction and not a replacement plant. My plant died and I do not receive my money back, I receive a credit. With their replacement guarantee it will cost me approx $40 to replace a $36 plant. This does include the shipping fee which I get to pay again. Dont think this is good business.

I purchased several trees, they all arrive well, after planting. I lost 2 but I reached out to customer service and was told to send pictures, once resolved I received my refund a few days later. All my other plants are thriving beautifully. I will definitely be purchasing again!

i started a claim for a olive tree that had severe leaf drop when i got waited 2/3 months and not a single leaf. i submitted the claim on their site almost 2 weeks now...no response. 2 other plants ive bought also died but they were doing okay when i got them so i will take a loss on those....but the olive tree definitelty had issues since day 1.
