Reasonable prices and great service. I find that younger plants have a greater survival.Than the larger plants. The company always stands behind its product.So I have purchased all of my plants over the last several years from this one company because of the great service

Paid a lot for shag bark hickories. Unbelievably poor quality. I planted them and they all died. They actually looked dead when they arrived. It was disgraceful for them to ship such poor specimens.

You send me 2 plants that are already dead and you don't make good on it!! That is about the worst customer service I've ever heard about! Your plant insurance should cover plants that arrive to the customer alive and then they die. But you sent me dead plants and then hide behind your plant insurance bullshit! YOU ******* STUCK!!! I will never buy **** from you again! And I'll make sure everybody on my social media platforms know what crooks you are too!

P.S. - I don't want Your store credit... REFUND MY MONEY TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD!

Most of my order was dead on arrival

I've found things at Ty Ty I couldn't find elsewhere. The trees arrive in good shape and I haven't had any casualties so far. This is zone 6b, metro Boston.

After canceling my order because of long delay on delivery date,I was not given the refund. I am working with PayPal to get my money back. Shame on you ! I was told my refund would be back in my account when my cancellation was done with in 5 days. It’s been over 2weeks now .

The plant was very dry and the leaves were falling apart when I open the box. My plant didn’t survive.

My Plant has not been shipped yet due to excessive heat. A detailed explanation was sent to me. I greatly appreciate that. So, for that service I am rating it a 5 star. Thanks TyTy!

Plant guarantee only refunds a portion of the original price, but it's still something and they honored it without a hassle. Everything else about my experience was only positive, from the interaction with the staff to the purchasing process and quick delivery.
