I received all three plants I ordered in a timely manner, and shipping was communicated well. Unfortunately, two of the three plants never revived and were totally dead either from the strain of being shipped or the heat at the time of delivery.

I recently acquired three green ash trees from Tyty. Upon arrival, they appeared as bareroot sticks, devoid of buds and leaves, but with a few primary roots and some smaller ones. Despite the passage of seven weeks, I have yet to observe any signs of budding. I have provided them with fertilizer and moisture beads, and I also installed tube greenhouses, which I obtained from the Soil Conservation Agency. Unfortunately, Tyty has not responded to my email inquiries concerning the lack of growth in these trees.

I bought a loblolly pine last fall and received it in great shape. Planted it but lost it during the winter. Contacted customer service and told them what happened. Sent them a picture per their instructions. They ended up giving me a store credit for another one. I couldn’t seem to get the credit to apply and contacted them again. They applied the credit for me and thanked me for my business. Not my first purchase from them and won’t be the last. They rock!!

Trees sent bare root and leafed out, not dormant so prone to transplant shock. Really tough to maintain life in a 6' blooming tree while roots need to get established. Trees sent too early and frost -killed by several snows as if transplant shock were not enough. Sale prices continued to drop from 25% to 50% and TyTy would not replace trees for current growing season. And, while they will replace them in the fall or next year, will not credit me for shipping which would have been more than covered by the drop in price from when I purchased them to the 50% off later. Horrible. Would give no stars if I could but the survey won't let me.

I ordered 9 trees, when they arrived, they were just sticks, not a leaf on any of them. I planted them in pots to be certain they lived before tearing up the yard and only three of them were actually alive. Very frustrating and a wasted $806.00

I ordered 12 trees and I have two that are thriving now. 7 died and the other three are probably not going to make it. They barely had any roots on them. I treated them all the same, to no avail. I was only given back a credit for about 5 trees (it's really hard to tell how it was calculated). I paid shipping on the original trees (about $200) and was told I would have to pay shipping on the replacements..... I would of really just liked me money returned, but no such luck. I spent about $1500 on trees and shipping and I will never buy from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I had ordered a tree, bu it died. I followed the requirements and sent photos, etc and a replacement was sent. I did have to pay shipment for that tree. It too died, not sure why. When I notified them, they asked again for photos, etc. I wasn't going to bother. They sent me another tree, free! this tree is doing great! That was good service. When needing another tree, I will come here for the selection and service......

Tree not viable on delivery. I had to prove it then be approved for what was supposed to be a credit to my debit card and later it was to be a store credit only. Went to order another tree that they don’t carry. Frustrated
