The plants came nicely packaged but I was shocked that UPS called me to pickup the order from their store?? I live in a very spread out town that is 20 mi across. I didn't make it to their store the day they called and the package arrived late the next day I didn't know when the package left tytyga so I had no idea how long the plants had been sitting in a box. The plants were very narrow and the blackberry shoots had no leaves on them. I ordered four items and I actually thought that I was just receiving one because the plants were not full . I just expected them to be fuller not so narrow. I think Tytyga should increase CRM and provide delivery reminders.

My trees arrived in great condition. They always do which is why I continue to purchase trees from tytyga.com. They have the best quality trees and best selection. Tytyga.com is not the cheapest nursery BUT they have the best quality trees and are amazing to do business with. One time, one of my trees did not survive transplant and getting refunded was one of the easiest things to do. Customer service was so easy to work with. I’m forever going to be a customer based on the experience I have had with this company.

I have concerns about the red raspberries I ordered. When they arrived all they were were two sticks, which I planted as directed. I see no noticeable changes with them yet. I’m concerned they arrived already dead.

A failed cherry tree and ultimately, a credit 3 months after I reported it and sent photos - as per TyTy's policy - no action on their part until after June first. Well, that didn't really happen - as the email acknowledging the credit arrived late June. This means that upon order - this replacement isn't getting into the ground until middish July. Ideal planting season for sure. Ha! Appreciate that they have a process - do not appreciate that that policy puts the replacement tree into HOT season and limits the probability of success. Why bother?? Why bother at all. This is why I reported it and sent pictures the back in April. Stark Brothers might be a better future option.

My experience was terrible. I paid over $80 for three seedless Thompson grape vines. I received them on April 15th and they were planted immediately. When I complained that none of them show any sign of life, I was given a store credit only of approximately two thirds of my purchase price. I should have been given a 100% credit against my credit card.
This same thing happened last year when I purchased four of these same plants. However, last year, I didn’t complain because I took too long to plant them so I absorbed that loss.
When I looked at Ty Ty reviews, I see that many customers have had this same experience. Unless I receive a 100% credit on my credit card, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I’m not to pleased with the peach trees I received
There is a lot of dead branches just a very few leaves on the ones that aren’t dead. I took pictures but I see there is no place to show them . Very dissatisfied

I have planted about 90 trees so far, ordered from most of the big names. TyTy trees are the best of all. They always have good roots, packed in water crystals and shipped in good boxes.

I made a purchase and both plants came to me delivered dead, it took a very long time to correct the situation and by then I couldn't get a replacement plant in time and I have to wait till next year. So far, not a great experience.

Tree died and processing a claim felt like a lot of run around. I would have taken another tree at the first attempt to process the claim but here we are with an entire season behind us. Topping it all off, they sent me a store credit I'm not sure I want anymore and the expense of shipping + tax is on me (not part of refund) - not a great experience.
