Very disappointed in the condition my paw paw tree arrived. Most of the leaves were significantly browned. I took a picture the day it arrived in case I need to file a claim.

Read the "guarantee." You won't get your money back - you will get a credit. The credit is only given if you send pictures and proof that the plant is dead. In my case I had to wait 2 months to be sure the grapevine was dead. By the time they were convinced the vines were dead it was too late to send replacement vines.

I purchased a plant that was dead on arrival. I had to wait several months for them to even review the insurance claim. Once they accepted my insurance claim, I ordered some replacement plans and then I was told that one was out of stock and the rest I would have to wait till December. I'm still actually confused as to what my options are because they haven't really been described to me very well. I feel like they just want me to forget about the $92 that I spent on a dead tree and not replace them.

Received the tree and planted it. There was a scrape on the bark of the tree when it was received. Also a red mark on the trunk(not sure what that was for). I planted r he tree per the instruction and kept it watered. About 2 months after planting I saw no new growth. I called the nursery and spoke to Marlene and she said to wait a while longer. Called again a month later i sent a picture of the tree. It was dead and I was issued a gift card. Marlene was very helpful. I was disappointed because I might have been sent a dead tree. Also now if I buy something again I am going to have to pay shipping again. Again Marlene very helpful and easy to work with

I got the trees in great time - way faster than I ever expected. However, they were packaged in a way where they were already kind of delicate to get out of the box and I was concerned they were damaged enough to be dead already. I still planted them, following all of the directions and using all of the recommended additional products... They died within a week. I now have 2 dead trees in my yard... So now I am out money and still don't have trees.

Some of the Trees arrived dead. Contacted Ty ty and The want pictures with a scratch test as if I don't know when a plant is dead. And for some reason I would try and scam some company for a tree that cost less than $20. Will never purchase from this company again.

My Gala 7' Apple tree arrived intact and was planted immediately. The root section seem sparse with most cut off within 6" of the trunk, 2 thin roots were 12" in length and these were spread out during planting. Tree was packed with branches bent to fit 8" square box,roots paper and plastic wrapped and moist. 1 inch of tight leaf growth was apparent in some areas,but white in color. After 15 days the leaf growth is pale green and opening up so the tree is recovering well. My 4th tree from

I got some that started getting leaves, some that look to be dead and won't grow any leaves. Disappointed the cherry tree i got was pretty much dead except a spot a the base that has tiny leaves.
