Unfortunately the trees came with beastly any growth or budding at all. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and planted them and watered and used organic planting material followed all directions tons, babies them but they look dead after 1 month in the ground. It’s very disappointing and I will have to ask for a refund.

I am very pleased. The two trees were ready to put in the ground when they arrived. Within a week, they were growing leaves. They got here in great shape. These two trees were 5 to feet tall. I am wondering how many years of age they are and how many years before I could expect to see any pecans. I am 77 years of age and looking forward to seeing production that will ad to our other four producing trees Family and friends are looking forward to the future also!

Im not happy at all. I just received a brown stick. Very unhappy. I follow all instructions to plant the brown stick called Stella cherry tree. Nothing grows looks dedicated. I lost my money.

Bought 3 Blueberry and 1 Blackberry plants a couple months ago and planted them according to their instructions. The Blackbeery wilted and appearred sick, so I contacted TyTy and was told to water it heavier and give it a week. It recovered nicely and doing fine. One of the Climax Blue looked sick after about 1 week. I reached out and was told to diluted B12 and water and it shoudl recover. It never did and in the next two weeks, it completely died. I emailed TyTyexplaining this on THREE differeent occasions, but got ZERO response. About 3-4 weeks after it died, I got an email and it said IF I wanted to file a claim, I could, but the Blueberries were now out of season and I would have a credit on file next year if I wanted to replace it. I didn't even respond as they claim to have a 12 month, money back guarantee, but it seems like me having to file the claim and wait several months for $27 wasn't worth it. I would rather just not but from TyTy again due to the hassle of replacing a dead plant.

I would have purchased trees this year but: I twice applied for warranty replacement for last year's tree loss. There was no response from your end either time. Your 1 year free replacement policy was neither responded to or fulfilled in any way.

I have order trees multiple times through tyty and have always had an amazing experience.. My last 4 trees showed up right on time, they are wilted and brown on the leaves from shipping but I am hopeful that after being planted and regular watering they will bounce back.

I ordered 2 peach trees 2 grape vines and 2 mulberry plants. all were planted the day I received them. both peach trees only had a few yellow leaves that mostly fell off in the box and the few buds on the branches that didn't fall off are black and crispy. 1 of the grape vines was budding out after a couple days and has leaves now, the other has yet to do a thing. the 1 mulberry started leafing out the next day and the other one hasn't done a thing. hopefully i will see some signs of growth from the ones that have yet to show any sign of life.

I ordered a 5-6 ft Kanza pecan tree and it arrived in very poor condition. I alerted customer service who asked for pictures and provided a partial credit.
