pinot/chardonnay vine tiny and not looking like a "3 yr old growth - fruit baring ready"

I ordered 4 blueberry bushes at $16.75 each, and paid $31.00 shipping for them (you know it didn't cost half that much,) but their "special" gave me one free. It still came to over $80. Two were healthy upon delivery and are still doing well. One appeared DOA, but I still planted it and babied it to see if I could revive it. The fourth looked pretty weak, but I did the same. They all got top-notch planting mix, compost, and fertilizer and regular watering with rainwater. The two weaker ones died. I sent TYTY a message with photos and videos, as requested. I got back an email for a $25.12 TYTY gift certificate. No explanation. No apology. No reference to my request for a refund. When I finally looked at my receipt and did the math, they gave me credit for one plant at $16.75 plus $8.37 shipping (which is 1/4 of the total shipping cost.) So now in the fall when I can actually try planting a replacement in Texas, I will have enough credit to buy less than one blueberry, once I pay for shipping, instead of the two that died. Bad deal. They should have refunded me at least half my total cost ($40 or so) since only half my order survived. That would have made me more inclined to buy two more at full price (since there will be no discount for just two) and pay the exorbitant shipping fee.

The plants arrived very quickly. They were packaged well. Instructions were attached and easy to follow. I ordered the 16-16-16 first year fertilizer which was a snap to use...no complicated do this then do that! It has been a week now and my crimson seedless grape 2yr old bare roots are putting out little green shoots already. I am so excited and extremely pleased with TyTY.

My plants arrived on time but half of them were in poor condition and two of them were very small. There was more plastic around the root ball than there was root ball. I am not sure that more than two of the eight I bought will survive. Most of their leaves were dried up but hoping they come back from the root. They had an ideal start with rain showers the first two days they were planted but now with the hot weather we will see if they can recover from shipping.

I placed on order for three Crepe Myrtle trees through your website on June 10, 2025 based on your assurance that you are “the leading company in online store shopping for plant need.” The order was shipped on June 12 and delivered to my house on June 16.
Upon opening the shipment, I was disappointed to find that one the tree was extremely skinny with only two branches, and all trees had yelllowing and browningl leaves. They do not match the quality and health shown on your advertisements, and I am very dissatisfied with the condition in which they arrived.
Given these circumstances, I am considering returning the trees.

Shipping was great! To be honest I’ve never received a tree like this (paw paw), it actually looks dead, no leaves nothing. Just arrive in a huge box with a sack of roots. I gave it to my husband for Father’s Day and we’re hoping for the best but I have strong doubts.

Just like clock work everything arrived on time and was able to plant my Stella’s cherry trees within 2 hours of arrival. The place to go to for cherry trees. Will give my next review in about 2 years as I enjoy my cherry pie.
