On the bareroot products, I would give 5 stars. On the live (nondormant) plants I would give a 1 or 2. Live plants were either diseased or not thriving. The bareroots were thick with spectacular root systems intact.

I love how much variety is at TyTy. I have ordered multiple trees and the quality is great. They arrive bare root so you have to soak them overnight and then give them a little time to grow. But they do! Will be ordering again.

Have bought from this company twice now. My black bamboo has been here for over a year, and his thriving. I had questions about my second order, emailed me within 24 hours, and am keeping an eye out.
Great company, small town, they need our business.

Tree arrived quickly. It was very hot but I got it in the ground and watered. After a couple of days it greened back up.

Your order came when you said, had helpful planting instructions. The two trees were very well protected for the trip from GA to CT. Got planted a day after arriving, and are looking fine. Took advantage of discounted pricing. Very pleased.

I'm giving a 5 star rating because the website, selection and shipping has been great. Time will tell on the vines, my 1st time buying through the mail so not sure what to expect or how long before I will see growth.
Packaging was done with obviohs care and I have no reason to think anything bit good. Fingers crossed!

Website was easy to use. Process of purchase and ordering was easy as well. Delivery was on time.
