Most of the trees died 2 days after receiving them . Looks like they were already dieing from a week before thsts why I got the 50% off . But still I paid monry for just dead stick .

This is the first time I used Tyty nursery with mixed experiences . The shipping package used to ship my tree was very strong , good job! Unfortunately my tree did not grow at all in the spring, things happen. Getting credit for my tree to be replaced was not so good. After calling and then filling out a on line form, is when I started being concerned. I wasn’t contacted about my dead tree , I had to call back another time to ask about my warranty credit. Again, things happen but customer service should be #1. What really upset me was :::: I had to pay the difference that the tree price had increased! What????? I should have paid what I originally paid for the same exact tree months ago ! Now I need to pay an unreal amount for freight , $14.00 for a 1-2 ft tree ? Give your customers a break ! So I needed to spend $21.00 more for the same tree from last year under your growth guarantee ! Hopefully this next tree will make it , it’s an American Chestnut tree that I will pamper., for sure. Sorry for a negative review , but I call it like it is . Not a happy camper .

Some of the vines I purchased came in very good condition, some of them came in very poor condition. I planted there per instructions. As I expected the ones in poor condition did not make it. I reached out to Plant insurance to get a refund or replacement and was told I needed to wait until June. I reached out again in June and was told I needed to send proof of purchase, proof of life or death of plants. I sent pictures of both invoices and scratch tests, not once but 3 times. Then I was asked, very politely, to send the same information again. It has been 14 months and still have not received either a refund or replacement vines.

Hello y'all, I am writing this review to let the world know that Type Ty Nursery is a highly professional and top tier business in all of the USA. I have been ordering and purchasing plants and plant related products for a few years now and have not once been disappointed or let down by Ty Ty. Ty Ty has superbly premium products with a massive variety of plants. Ty Ty's execution of delivery of plants with instructions is not to be beat nor even equaled. I am supremely happy and satisfied with my experiences with Ty Ty. I absolutely love and adore Ty Ty Nursery. You cannot do wrong in working with Ty Ty.

BEWARE!! I purchase over $1000 dollars worth of items from this grower, fruit trees and 3 year old Grapevines 4 Grapevines showed up nice and established the other 4 were 3" sticks (3 years old??) I contacted them after I gave them a couple weeks to show any signs of life and nothing. After contacting them they said I have to wait till June 1st to file a claim. I then filed a claim took all the pictures needed and was approved. Here's where it gets bad they issued me a credit for the plants at the cost I paid which was at 15% discounted price and there's no discount now, they want you to pay full price and repay shipping cost to cover their dead 3" sticks. The other nice thing is they won't ship them out so you can get what little growing season left (in Ohio) They say they don't have any Grapevines left I guess I got the bottom of the barrel when shipped the 4 - 3" sticks. They said No shipments till fall and I would have to pay full price and pay shipping again?? Last ship date is May 31st and 1st Claim date is June 1st??? Now they won't return my call and they protect and hide any kind of management behind the receptionist?? (They will never let you talk to management?) Just BEWARE when purchasing any plants from this Nursery...Very Frustrating to say the least!

I purchased a persimmonntree and immediately planted it. The tree never sprouted in spring. TyTy sent me a dead tree. I want my money back.

I ordered 6 items. One, the fig tree, is flourishing. The other 5 are just dead twigs. Not satisfied at all.

Well, i planted these over a month ago and so far 2 out of the 3 heritage raspberry plants havent started growing, i believe they are dead. They were planted right away and watered regularly.

I cannot brag enough on this company. Quality and excellent service. I work in the garden center at a big box store and if we don't have what the customer's looking for I always send them to TyTy website!

One of my trees had a broken top
& the raspberries have shown no growth yet

I purchased a three-stem clump birch tree. The picture on the website showed three clumps / stems however the tree I received only had two stems. The tree was planted immediately upon arrival but never budded, grew leaves, or showed any signs of life. I had to wait until June to file for a refund because of TyTY policy. The tree was not replaced but I was given store credit instead which wasn't enough to buy the same tree because the price had increased from when it was initially purchased.

I had a hard time getting the tree you sent me to grow. Some of it died back, but the part that survived is doing well now. I think that an instruction pamphlet might of helped.

The tree arrived half of branches broken off no green leaves. We are watering ever day and praying for its survival. Doesn’t look good yet, I hope it will change for better

Original order failed to grow. Plant insurance did kick in and I get to retry later in the year . Will be going here again

I planted my sassafras tree the day that it arrived with the additional fertilizer packet I purchased from Ty Nursery. I’ve been watering it every day since. It’s been about 3weeks and has not shown any signs yet of coming out of dormancy and the top 12 inches of the tree have turned brown and died. So the 4-5 foot sassafras that I paid for is not 3 feet tall and still not showing any signs that it is going to thrive. Would not purchase again.

Website is easy to use and my trees arrived on time. can't wait to see them bloom.

Ty Ty knowingly sent me a tree with practically no root system and it's dying. And they will only offer you store credit minus shipping after you prove to them the tree is dead and wait until the following June 1st. I don't consider their one year plant insurance to be worth much of anything, like the expensive tree with hardly any roots that they sold me.
