I bought two cherries trees, they looked two long twigs that fell off a tree a week prior, the leaves were laying down and dying. One tree is holding on, the other never made it back. I had to wait 3 months to be able file for the warranty which is besides the wait time was an easy process. It’s store credit. Overall $300 seemed a bit much even if the trees lived based upon the on skinny they are. On top of that I’m now one more season behind. I

I bought several hundred dollars worth of fruit and nut trees. The nut trees did not survive. Trying to get credit, or any satisfaction, from the company was useless. No way I can recommend them.

Purchase 6 3 year old ggrape vines they were planted according to ty ty directions
So far after 8 weeks of being planted none have grown. The large roots were trimmed to 3 inches and most of the smaller roots had been removed. I soaked them in water for 2 days then planted them

Pleased with all but one purchase. Merlot grape vine was damaged and cracked. Despite good care on our part it never flourished. I called a few weeks after planting and was told to scratch the bark, photos were sent. I expected another plant to be sent as advertised. Because it was cracked and hollow, and not noticed before 3 days after receipt, we were told we'd have to pay another shipping charge. It was not advertised as such. So the company finally said the cost of the plant would be applied to another plant. Still left with another shipping fee. We feel duped!!!!

Received two Paw Paw bear root trees (4-5 ft) in April in Central Ohio. One had a few broken branches. when I got them. Planted them. As August is approaching this week, One tree shows nothing and the other one has 3 leaves, vine type about 4 inches from the ground. top part appears dead and is brittle. I went to their website and submitted a claim and have gotten no response.

I’m very disappointed that the tree died within weeks of arrival. I’m appreciative of the insurance covering the cost of the tree, but I’m still left covering the $34 shipping. And since I bought the tree on sale, I don’t have near enough to replace the tree with another - not even smaller. And since it’s a store credit, I just have to wait another year and hope the sale comes back in the spring, cover another $34 in shipping, and hope this doesn’t happen again.
