Both trees I bought died within the first month. When I tried to get a replacement the answer was âno replacementâ. I got a store credit for $120 less than what I paid for both trees. If I would go to reorder the same two trees Iâd have to pay $118 more for each tree. So the 1 year alive guarantee is just a âcatchâ fraze. This company does not hold up their promise.

I ordered 2 sweet cherry trees to complete my row of 28 trees of different peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots and pie cherries. Ordering was easy and received my trees quickly. The trees quickly had leaves come out on several of the limbs but by 3 months later they appear dead. All other trees from other sources are growing and look great. I am not new to fruit trees since I grew up, worked and managed my family orchard until I was 50.

Horrible! We ordered a 5ft tree we got a stick! Literally a stick with little to no roots! It obviously did not grow just remained a stick! They would not replace it or give us a refund! They made us take store credit! Horrible way to treat someone! Horrible product! Buyer beware!!!

The shipping was decent however for what I received total disappointment and embarrassing. You sold me a stick and continue to tell me it's dormant for 5 months. Zero signs of life.

The tree arrived dead, Ty Ty would only offer a gift certificate in the amount of the discounted tree after several months of communication. The shipping was expensive, so it isn't worth replacing. I was able to get a much larger and healthier tree locally.
