My ring arrived in a timely manner for my upcoming wedding. However I was disappointed on how thin the wedding band was. I don't feel there was an adequate description, it looked thicker in the picture. I will eventually end up replacing it with a thicker band.

My wedding band was exactly what I wanted! it matched my engagement ring perfectly and it was a lot cheaper then retail stores in the mall. Samuels quoted me 650 for the same wedding band and I paid 250 at dazzling rock for the exact same thing!! NO JOKE! And they expedited my ring shipment when I called because weather was a factor, the guy was very friendly on the phone!! I am in love with the ring!!!!! The only thing I would wish is for the company to offer a lifetime guarantee. I would pay extra for a lifetime quarantine.

I bought the ring model #DR1484-192-10Y for my wedding. It is really beautiful, though I was expecting it to be a little bit bigger. I think the 2mm width refer to the largest part of the ring, not the band itself. I kept it anyway because it is still nice.

I ordered a custom ring set. We started with a product they already offer but I wanted different stones set in a way that wasn't available as an option on the website. A couple of emails and a phone call had the options set the way I wanted them, and they produced three different graphics for me to review before approving one to be produced. Delivery from date of approval was faster than I figured it would be. The only thing that keeps me from saying it was 100% perfect, and honestly I know better but still, was how the finished product looks compared to the graphics created. The colors are exaggerated in the pictures and the height of the ring off the finger was higher than the perspective of the pictures let on. Other than that, like I said, the price was right and I know she's going to love the set.

I ordered this ring for my wife after she lost the diamond to her wedding ring. The ring was afforadabke and allowed for my to make payments which is nice when finances are tight. I've never got CZ before but was surprised at how real it looked. I guess Time will tell how it holds up. As for now, my wife is happy.

3rd time I've ordered, it's always been quality, girlfriend is always pleased.

I purchased ITEM CODE: K1739-14KW The diamonds are nice. However, I am not very pleased with the thickness of the band. I wish the band was thicker. It's hard to tell how thick it is from a picture. I also wish the warranty offered better coverage. I didn't purchase the warranty b/c if a diamond falls out or something similar only a tenth of the diamond is covered. Also the repair rules aren't reasonable. There are many restrictions. Far more restrictions for use than a local store would offer. Overall I am satisfied with the ring for the price. The other issue I had was the ring was sent first with an incorrect destination address label (I am assuming) b/c the post office sent it back to DazzlingRock. I know I provided a legitimate address. It is a court house mailing address. I didn't get the ring for over a month. However, customer service was always responsive and professional with answering questions and resolving conflicts. I will probably purchase another ring from DazzlingRock in the future.

I have had 2yrs of warranty on my a goregous ring. Every single time that the ring has been sent out it came back looking amazing. This company sure are meant for their name, Dazzling Rock.
