Order was smooth. I received a follow-up email a few days later confirming the design of the ring and making sure I was ok with all of the dimensions. I appreciated that. The ring shipped and arrived within the estimated time frame. She loves the ring, nothing else to say.

The jackets were a lot smaller than I had anticipated but I kept them anyway -- the follow up and customer service was great. The pix should have shown the jackets next to "something" to see the relation of size!!

I am not only creative but unconventional when it comes to celebrations. For my daughter's Sweet Sixteen I decided to get her a Promise ring. The idea is to have a segment where we sit at a small dinner table in the front of the room. Her two brothers will bring her a rose each and her mother will bring her the tiara. I will present her with the ring asking her to wear it until her fiance replaces it with an engagement ring. The ring itself is perfect. It is exactly what I expected. I know she will love it! I ordered 2 amethyst eternity bands to go on either side of my engagement ring. I called customer service and spoke to Christian. They were able to make the rings in my size and were very accommodating. I paid $380 for the two rings that I got priced for $1100 at Blue Nile. I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else. The rings are exactly what I wanted. I will be using Dazzling Rock again and have already referred my sister and best friend.

I got a ring for my girlfriend for her birthday, the customer service was nice and easy. The ring was beautiful and a perfect size and my girlfriend loved it!

The jewelry is prettier than the pictures and they are so much cheaper than any jewelry stores. I looked everywhere before I found Dazzling Rock on Amazon.

I originally asked for a Tanzanite "custom" ring. I got a phone call from customer service and they told me they were sorry but didn't have small enough Tanzanite to do the ring I wanted. I said ok, they offered to do amethyst instead. I said great because I wanted purple stones. Well a day later I got another call and they said again that they were sorry but didn't have the small amethyst either, they could only do diamonds. Sigh. I didn't want diamonds but this ring will have to do as I couldn't afford mall prices or "custom" made ring. This ring I did get is of good quality and is beautifully made though.

I bought a ring from Dazzlingrock.com, and I was pleased with what I ordered. The size is true to fit. My only complaint is wait time. Because items are made to order, I didn't receive the item for approx. 3 weeks. The time frame that was estimated was true to actual delivery time. I also don't like that a signature is required and they only ship to the billing address.

I ordered my wife's wedding ring from here and the first time I did they didn't accept the charge because my billing address didn't match the delivery address. I thought that was awesome. They do it to make sure no one is stealing you're account info and when they saw that I got a call to verify. Great service

I was able to get an incredible deal on my ring, which is always a plus. The ring is stunning light weight but strong the pictures showed the detail stunningly. My only complaint is at times the blue Saphire appears to be black. The picture made it seem very vibrant in its blue color.

I had previously bought a diamond and sapphire princess cut band ring with blue sapphires. I got the exact same ring but with pink sapphires and once again Dazzling Rock lived up to their name. The ring quality and appearance were better than anticipated. Additionally, their customer service was second to none. The only problem is that my three year old son keeps taking it because he likes it so much!

I bought a blue sapphire and white diamond wedding band wrap. I couldn't believe when it arrived the quality and details of the ring. Me and my fiance were very impressed all around. Started off fantastic excellent to work with. We created a ring setting for my needs, an "add" was created. This would be "created to my needs" sent a picture and measurements of stone to be set. paid for an appraisal as well as overnight shipping. Dazzling rock finished in a good time they sent pictures of the finished product. when it arrived, it lacked the Appraisal, sent email..stated they would promptly send out.. i picked up and took to my jeweler, i knew something was wrong in the first 30 seconds when the Jeweler came out and said the stone in too large for the setting, they sold you a custom ring..that wasn't customized..i showed my jeweler the emails detailing my needs. he said they would need to Cut, Solder & butterfly, to make the Cushion cut stone fit in a Round setting. Nope it was definitely not customized. My jeweler unfortunately for me would not even touch the ring...Sadly i left, but went to get a 2nd opinion from another custom jeweler, whom stated in almost the exact same language..and wouldn't touch the ring either.. I promptly returned for a full refund. which they did less my appraisal..so DR made money on me..$50 and my loss of funds for overnight shipping to me and 2day shipping back another $75..so i lost $125 on this ordeal..I'm jaded now and wont ever buy jewelry on line again..most definitely not from Dazzling Rock

My anniversary ring is just what I wanted except for the height. The pictures didn't really who's all the angles of the ring so it's much higher than the rest of my stackable rings.

I was happy when I came across website one day just internet surfing. I came across a semi-mount rose gold ring that I wanted. I've asked so many different sites about fitting my 2.03 Trillion Center Cut diamond in the ring was told "NOPE". Well Dazzling Rock said yes and we can even make the top part of the ring in a trillion shape. I received my ring and it far surpasses anything that I could have hoped for. I ordered the blue and diamond ring , when I received it I wasn't to happy . I was expecting it to look different . Dazzling Rock let me ship it back and they customized to what I wanted . They widen the bands for me and let me upgrade to bigger stones . I can't wait to get the ring . The pictures they sent me was beautiful .

I ordered a ring and 2 pair of like earings; they shipped the ring but I was told their warehouse people for some reason they split the stappled together baggies and sent 2 single earings not 2 pair. We immediately emailed them, it was a Saturday, on Monday their customer service emailed back what had happened and shipped the missing pair 2 days later. They arrived the following Saturday oder was now complete. The ring was beautiful the earings were a little longer than they appeared in the photo, but they were very pretty too. If not for the initial error they would have gotten 5 stars, I would deffinately order from them again.
