It matched up perfectly with my engagement ring that I had gotten from someplace else

The speed of service and shipping were excellent. They upsized a stone at my request with no problems. All aspects were good except the main stone is much more included than I expected. I will be in contact to replace the stone qith a clearer one. Thx

I purchased the sapphire & diamond double ring guard. Took some time to receive..When I received, it was not quite like picture on site..Very thin gold. My diamond didn't fit in the ring anyway, so I am returning..??

I had never heard of Dazzling Rock prior to this purchase, and I was a bit leary at first. However, I purchased my wife's wedding band from Dazzling rock at a third of the price the "mall" jewelry store wanted for the same ring. Service was great, and everything went smoothly. My wife was delighted with the ring. I ordered a size 7, but the jeweler sized it as a 6.75. Which actually worked out because that is the size she actually needed when the local jeweler measured her finger to combine and solder the engagement ring inside the set.

Just received my new ring from Dazzling Rocks. This is the second one I've purchased from them. It truly is dazzling. I love it! They have superior customer service. They respond to your emails very, very quickly. I was worried about size. Initially, the ring was offered in whole and half sizes only. I thought I might need a quarter size. After emailing them, they responded immediately, saying they had added the quarter size (7.25). When I looked to order the ring, there was 7.25 among the sizes. It fits great. For the first ring, I had ordered a size too big. DR re-sized it at no cost and very, very quickly. What a quality company!!

I was impressed with quality of the item. It arrived when it was supposed to. Overall I give this company a number 10 . I would buy from them again.

My wife and myself love our rings. We got them for our 25th wedding anniversary. It took about 3 weeks to receive them because we had them custom sized. I called Dazzling Rock to ask about the ring sizes and what I needed, they told me they can do it for the rings that we wanted on their website. Ordered them that day three weeks later here they are. They use USPS so you have to be present to sign for them or just go to your post office to pick up. They fit great for both of us.

Acceptable experience, a decent website, excellent product. The problem was DHL sent it to Canada and charged CAD 70 (USD 55) for the delivery. This was not clearly stated anywhere, so it came as a bit of a surprise, almost rude.

My earrings came on time. Great packed with sertificate of authenticity. The earrings are gorgeous and look like advertised. Definitely I'll come back for another diamonds.Highly recommend!

Pretty ring, but I wish I had going up on the width of the band. The ring enhancer is buried beneath my ring. I made the mistake of removing tag, so I can not return. I will eventually look for a wider enhancer.
