As many have said before, their customer service is top notch. I can be a bit bothersome when it comes to making sure everything goes right, and they took all my calls and concerns and answered them to the fullest extent. As far as the product goes, I ordered a wedding set, and the product came on time, as promised. My girlfriend (now fiance) loved the engagement ring, and we get complements on the beauty of it every time we are out somewhere. It's only been about a month, and so far no issues. A lot of people on here complaining probably are not treating their jewelry with the care (the box even came with "tips and suggestions to increase the product longevity!" It's not rocket science!) Just don't be a moron and your stuff should last. Obviously over time, even the tightest settings will loosen, so it is up to you to be diligent in your efforts to get it fixed. I recommend getting all the extras (appraisal, insurance, etc) and do your research on care, price, insurance, and all that mess. You'll feel a lot better with your purchase from Dazzling Rock! All in all, I would recommend this company. It's been a great experience.

I think the ring is smaller than how it appears in the picture The diamonds are barely visible and certainly don't look as big as appear in the picture But overall it looks fine

The ring is beautiful, if you call customer service they answer, if you email customer service or try to message them on the site, it takes forever. On the phone they told me one thing for shipping, when they sent the ring it took 3 times as long as they said.

Very good company. They have a great selection of jewelry. My girlfriend loves black diamonds and they can be hard to find in eye catching jewelry. This company has a great selection. Prices are fantastic and quality is above par. I did have a ring sent back for resizing and it took them quite a long time, but it the job was finally done without any issues. I ordered a champagne diamond ring with a matching band. On the computer the color of the champagne diamond looked very rich in color however, when I received the piece it was much lighter than what was pictured. I ended up returning it and was disappointed because I loved the ring I saw online. As a note, if you have to return something, you will not get credit for the sizing fee.

Jewelery was very excellent. However, the screw-on posts are larger then the normal variety, and difficult to penetrate the ear (the threads cause further irritation). Perhaps offer choice of post types??

Got my ringsister a few days ago. I really like the bridal set, jut wish the main diamond was a bit more blue. In the photograph, the stone is very blue. In actuality it is just a tint of blue.
