I want to THANK you all of you staring from Christian the great customer service experience that anyone can ever have helping so much with this design, and everyone that help in the creation of this beautiful lotus flower ring GOD bless your hands and that amazing talent. Thank you All.

She love the engagment ring and ralph was awsome and great help with everything thank u guys again

Beautiful infinity band. Great customer service, quick delivery.

Service was great and the rings came quickly, I'm just less than happy about the size of the rings/diamonds. They were much smaller than I expected - it's hard to tell that the stones are diamonds. I guess it's hard to tell in photos what the actual size will be. I'd like to return them.

Very quick service, reasonable price, great quality!

Excellent customer care when I had a problem I called and they fixed it I love what I got it looks better than the picture and my girlfriend is happier than ever

I love my ring.. Very happy with it.. It's just as beautiful as it looks in the picture. The whole ordering process was so simple & the delivery right on point

I am so impressed with the service I received. Received the ring exactly on the date they said. I ordered the wrong size and they were going to replace it, but I just decided to wear it on a different finger. But they did everything they possibly could do to help me out - thanks so much. I will definitely order again.

I ordered the most beautiful ring! I love it!

Came right on time and product was exactly as advertised.

I am happy with the ring I ordered! No complaints.

My wife loved the earrings. I appreciate you making those available for her. Walt Brown

Nice fit.........

Great customer service and very happy with the final product!

Great product, no difficulties but thought it could have been done much faster.

Love the earrings I will buy again!

They did an unbelievably awesome job on a custom engagement ring for me. Outstanding job well done, fast turn around for custom ring.

Very nice ring for my baby

I love the earrings I ordered. The sapphires were a little smaller than I thought they would be, but they are beautiful.

Dazzling Rock seems to be a decent company, and has been relatively easy to work with. I have ordered from them several times, and feel that the price for what you get is about right. That being said, I hope other customers understand that the quality of stones and metal are not the best, but the ultra-reasonable prices reflect that. Check the sizes of the pieces you plan to order. Take out your ruler, and look at the carat weights listed. The listed info on the site is accurate, I believe, but just know that the posts on earrings, for example, aren't as thick as standard posts. They are much thinner. Hence, this jewelry is somewhat disappointing when it comes to daily wear. Since they are custom making each piece anyway, I wish they offered better quality options (like standard-thickness posts with pressure backs) for more money. Oh, well.

Dazzling Rock is amazing!!! Love their pieces and how they respond in a timely manner. I just purchased my 2nd ring from them and now looking for a few other pieces. Love how the items arrive in just a few days. I also like the third party payments and you can pay a low monthly fee. I highly reccommend Dazzling Rock great quality and love the many choices and how you can build your own ring.

When the first ring wasn't exactly as I wanted, they did a free return and then gave me a discount on customizing my second choice because they wanted me to be happy with their services. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful, they did a wonderful job my ring is stunning. Great prices to. I will definitely be coming back.

Took a while to receive, but love the product.

My wife is very happy with the quality of her new ring and earrings

Everything from searching to purchasing to delivery went off without a hitch. The ring was exactly what I hoped for and was properly sized.

I absolutely love my engagement ring from Dazzling Rock. At first I was a tad disappointed with the morganite stone in the middle (no fault of theirs, just didn't fit me) and recently they exchanged it for a STUNNING charles & colvard stone. I get so many compliments & it feels as if it were made for me (which it was, mine was custom) but no other ring compares now lol. I highly recommend Christian, I absolutely adore him and he kept in touch with me the whole time & made sure everything was perfect!! THANK YOU

The ring is much smaller than it appears in the image. Also, I ordered champagne diamonds and they aren't orange at ALL like the picture...They are a brownish white, it just looks dirty. I am very dissapointed in that, no time to order anything else, the wedding is in three days :/ Wouldn't recommend this ring. The service was good though. They spead up my shipping for free because they had to call to confirm my address.

Very good selection. Reasonable pricing. Very good workmanship on the ring.

Love love my earring jackets. Surprised they exceeded my expectations. The only issue was the wait time from order to delivery at almost 4 weeks. I see on Amazon they have 2 days shipping on your items. That was a disappointment in having to wait so long

Exelent services

Purchased screw backs for my diamond earrings. Fits as expected - shipping was quick and no problems encountered.

This was the second time I ordered online. The first one from another company was dismal. Since there was a Return caveat, I took a chance. Glad I did! While the diamonds were much smaller than the photos, they were of high quality. I learnt from my Amsterdam diamond seminar that that is more important. Size is what most people look for but that is wrong. I got compliments from the jewelers who saw it which made me happier. It is just too bad that the appraisal couldn't be less or included in such big purchases. So I took 1 star out. I also spoke with them over the phone. I found them responsive, cooperative, and courteous. I will be buying from them again. Its wonderful to be able to find a trustworthy jeweler.

Price was right and service was great

The earrings are beautiful but the time to produce the product and ship takes way too long.

The ring is beautiful with a good size and is made really solid. My Fiance absolutely loves it. The timeline they gave me was spot on including the upgraded shipping. They also included valuable information about the ring and free earrings with my purchase. We couldn't be happier with the ring. I will definitely shop with Dazzling Rock again.

I feel in love with this ring when I saw it, and when I received it, it was more breathtaking then the pictures could ever make it. I love the sapphire and diamond contrast. Beautiful ring and high quality craftsmanship.

Very happy with the engagement ring and wedding band I purchased from Dazzling Rock. Very well made with quality stones, and my future wife is absolutely in love with her ring. The customer service was top notch as well, I will be back to buy more jewelry, and recommend others do the same.

Nice ring! Great service. Item delivered on time.

Amazing low price. Great quality. My wife LOVED the ring!

The ring I ordered was absolutely what I expected! It is just dazzling! I would most certainly trust this company to place any further orders as it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

Ordered the Eifel Tower necklace and absolutely loved it!!! Was a little disappointed in the chain as it looked a little cheap and the clasp was damaged. For the price I thought I would get a better looking chain... Overall, great experience in ordering!!! Thank you............

??Thank you, good earrings.

The ring is beautiful! I love it. I'm not giving 5 stars only because I had some trouble ordering from the site in the beginning and whoever I was dealing with in the email exchange wasn't the best with customer service. They also stopped replying after a couple emails. I never ended up getting help, but really wanted the ring so kept trying and it eventually worked out. I did deal with customer service again later on regarding shipping and it was excellent.

I was most impressed with their customer service when I had to call. It was friendly and efficienct. I ordered a ring it arrived on time and in perfect condition. They have a good selection of products. I am a second time customer and will continue to be.

Amazing customer service!!!! they have been amazing with helping me customize a wedding band VIA EMAIL!!!! They are a wonderful company and saving my wedding day!

A wonderful experience and magnificent jewelry! The website was easy to peruse and shopping experience excellent. I would certainly buy from them again.

They arrive on time! And their nice

I highly recommend Dazzling Rock. The website was easy to search through. I received my ring in ample time. It looks nicer than the picture and I'm totally satisfied! Thank you

Great price, good quality, no complaints!

customer service was excellent. They walked me through making a custom piece for me, the price was great, the finished product was beautiful, and the turnaround time was impressive.

Every step of the buying process was smooth as I opted to call in my request instead of paying on line. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable and the item came on time and is everything I expected. All in all a great experience and I will most definitely recommend! Lola

Great experience, as described.

She loved it! Thinner than expected

Great Custumer Service. Shipping was as they advertised. The product I bought is of a great quality. The Diamonds and Safires look gorgeous!! My wife loved it!!

am very satisfied with product and delivery! Got it to me ahead of time! Rick

First time purchasing from DazzlingRock and i'm beyond pleased with the process. The Ring was an upgrade for my wife and she absolutely loves it. The ring was delivered days before the expected ship date in perfect condition. I will definitely purchase again.

I custom ordered a ring and I am very satisfied. It's gorgeous and customer service was very quick to reply to my emails and communicated with me well. They made my ring to the exact specifications I wanted and quickly. Shipping was literally overnight. I've even recommended dazzlingrock to others who wanted to look into custom rings. I get compliments on my ring frequently.

For some reason I thought the ring was much bigger, until I received it. There was no way I could use that for wedding band.

Very happy with my purchase

My wife loves her ring. Good price and quality as well as easy process to order

My ring guard fits my ring beautifully. Fast shipping and quality product, thanks so much.

very nice product she enjoys it a lot did not know the back of the earrings unscrewed that was all

TRULY GREAT SERVICE WHEN NEEDED. BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY AS WELL:)

I purchased a beautiful eternity ring to wear as a stackable with my wedding rings. I contacted Dazzling Rock to get the ring offered in the size I needed for an extra charge of $35. The customer service was quick and easy, the ring fit perfectly and looks great. This ring is very delicate, be sure to look at the dimensions advertised, the picture makes it look more substantial.

Beautiful pieces, on time delivery, and would definitely recommend to others

No hassles, when returning items. I purchased a enhancer ring and it didn't go with the ring I got it for. Returned and they credited my credt card. Ordered another ring and fits perfectly. Good prices and quality.

Earnings look great! My wife loved them. However the delivery process was painful. USPS changed several times the day of delivery.

Sapphires in the Ring was not as big as pictured.

It was a great experience. I needed a very odd size, plus i want to change one of the stones out. Make it my own, they were so amazing in accommodating my request. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Fast and the rings is was what was on the picture

I love my ring guard. I had looked at several big name jewelry stores trying to find a guard that fit my ring and was unique. The dazzle rock diamond and pink sapphire ring fit perfect and looks great. Also an awesome price.

I just want to say I love DAZZLING ROCK. Their customer service is awesome. The ring I brought is beautiful but I had a small problem with it and I was able to send it back. They could not fix the problem so they made a whole new ring for me. Christian is always so warm, friendly and helpful anytime I call. Thank you Christian you Rock and thank you Dazzling Rock for beautiful jewelry. If I could give 10 stars I would. Markecia

Excellent AAA+++ My wife absolutely loves the ring, it came exactly as shown and is very beautiful. Wonderful experience :-)

I have purchased two items with them and they have great customer service, the first purchase was good but unfortunately the second wasn't so good but they are handling this and we will see the outcome, I'm sure it will be fine.

Wonderful item just as described likely to buy from again

Easy to deal with. Reasonable payment arrangements.

Ear rings are nice, but the lady says the backing piece is too small and very difficult to put on and off.
