Service was great and the rings came quickly, I'm just less than happy about the size of the rings/diamonds. They were much smaller than I expected - it's hard to tell that the stones are diamonds. I guess it's hard to tell in photos what the actual size will be. I'd like to return them.

I absolutely love my engagement ring from Dazzling Rock. At first I was a tad disappointed with the morganite stone in the middle (no fault of theirs, just didn't fit me) and recently they exchanged it for a STUNNING charles & colvard stone. I get so many compliments & it feels as if it were made for me (which it was, mine was custom) but no other ring compares now lol. I highly recommend Christian, I absolutely adore him and he kept in touch with me the whole time & made sure everything was perfect!! THANK YOU

The ring is much smaller than it appears in the image. Also, I ordered champagne diamonds and they aren't orange at ALL like the picture...They are a brownish white, it just looks dirty. I am very dissapointed in that, no time to order anything else, the wedding is in three days :/ Wouldn't recommend this ring. The service was good though. They spead up my shipping for free because they had to call to confirm my address.

Purchased screw backs for my diamond earrings. Fits as expected - shipping was quick and no problems encountered.

This was the second time I ordered online. The first one from another company was dismal. Since there was a Return caveat, I took a chance. Glad I did! While the diamonds were much smaller than the photos, they were of high quality. I learnt from my Amsterdam diamond seminar that that is more important. Size is what most people look for but that is wrong. I got compliments from the jewelers who saw it which made me happier. It is just too bad that the appraisal couldn't be less or included in such big purchases. So I took 1 star out. I also spoke with them over the phone. I found them responsive, cooperative, and courteous. I will be buying from them again. Its wonderful to be able to find a trustworthy jeweler.

I love the earrings I ordered. The sapphires were a little smaller than I thought they would be, but they are beautiful.

Ear rings are nice, but the lady says the backing piece is too small and very difficult to put on and off.

The ring is beautiful! I love it. I'm not giving 5 stars only because I had some trouble ordering from the site in the beginning and whoever I was dealing with in the email exchange wasn't the best with customer service. They also stopped replying after a couple emails. I never ended up getting help, but really wanted the ring so kept trying and it eventually worked out. I did deal with customer service again later on regarding shipping and it was excellent.

I was most impressed with their customer service when I had to call. It was friendly and efficienct. I ordered a ring it arrived on time and in perfect condition. They have a good selection of products. I am a second time customer and will continue to be.

The customer service was quick and easy, the ring fit perfectly and looks great. This ring is very delicate, be sure to look at the dimensions advertised, the picture makes it look more substantial.

I love my ring guard. I had looked at several big name jewelry stores trying to find a guard that fit my ring and was unique. The dazzle rock diamond and pink sapphire ring fit perfect and looks great. Also an awesome price.

Dazzling Rock seems to be a decent company, and has been relatively easy to work with. I have ordered from them several times, and feel that the price for what you get is about right. That being said, I hope other customers understand that the quality of stones and metal are not the best, but the ultra-reasonable prices reflect that. Check the sizes of the pieces you plan to order. Take out your ruler, and look at the carat weights listed. The listed info on the site is accurate, I believe, but just know that the posts on earrings, for example, aren't as thick as standard posts. They are much thinner. Hence, this jewelry is somewhat disappointing when it comes to daily wear. Since they are custom making each piece anyway, I wish they offered better quality options (like standard-thickness posts with pressure backs) for more money. Oh, well.

I custom ordered a ring and I am very satisfied. It's gorgeous and customer service was very quick to reply to my emails and communicated with me well. They made my ring to the exact specifications I wanted and quickly. Shipping was literally overnight. I've even recommended dazzlingrock to others who wanted to look into custom rings.
