I ordered my wife's wedding band from Dazzling Rock and when it arrived it did not align with my wife's engagement ring. Since I live in Orange County, I decided to drive up to the Dazzling Rock office's in downtown Los Angeles to see if they could resize the ring. Christian took complete care of my wife's ring and took it to his jeweler to have it resized the same day. He returned an hour later with my wife's ring and the wedding guard and engagement ring aligned perfectly but it was still a little tight. Christian then offered to take my wife and I over to his jeweler to have it corrected. The jeweler fixed the ring and my wife and I couldn't be any happier with how it turned out. Excellent customer service by Christian!

I worked with Dazzling Rock on a custom ring for my wife. I wanted something like one of their existing rings, but with some larger stones. They made a 3D model for a custom ring, and once I approved it it was only a few weeks and I had her custom ring in hand. I was very happy. My only hesitation with leaving a 5 start review is the blue sapphires I received in the ring were not the vibrant blue of the website pictures and the 3D model they provided. They were instead a darker Navy blue, and did not have the same POP of the renders or images. I understand the Brilliant Kentucky Blue Sapphires are more expensive, but in my opinion then it would be best if their pictures more closely represented the stones I received... or give you the opportunity to upgrade at the time of order. But with that said I am happy with the center diamond, the modified custom ring geometry, the fast turn around time on the custom order... but less happy about the side stone color. I will still likely purchase from dazzling rock again in the future... but I will get more confirmation on the coloration prior to ordering.

I have dealt with other on line jewelers in the past and I had found that the product that I received did not live up to the on line descriptions/pictures. This was not case with Dazzling Rock. This is a nice ring at a good price. The reason for my rating of 4 stars, is that I feel like the photos were a little misleading as to the size of the stones in this ring. But I like it.

I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted a wedding band that would match my engagement ring but that I could also wear alone. The ring arrived two days earlier than anticipated, and it fits with my engagement ring better than I expected! They look like a set! I was concerned that the two together may be too wide on my finger and feel uncomfortable, but they fit together very comfortably. Now my wedding set feels complete, and I could not be happier!
