Excellent product horrible website! I purchased a 14 kt white gold diamond ring guard from dazzling rock. I had many questions, which were answered quickly and completely. The product is exactly as described and I love it so much! It compliments my smoky quartz ring well. It shipped before the actual ship date so that was a pleasant surprise. My complaint is their website-it's super duper slow and riddled with errors. When I went to check out with a valid credit card, I was told it was declined. Tried again, same message. Frustrated, I applied for and was accepted by Affirm company. The next day I was notified by my initial credit card company that was declined twice that charges were pending TWICE! I wasn't happy to put it mildly. I contacted dazzling rock in a panic and I was assured they'd cancel those pending charges and they did in a very timely manner. The other issue is I was supposed to get a free gift with my order but I have received nothing (interestingly, it looks suspiciously like the gift that's being offered by writing this review if I win). They need to up their game on their website. In a big way. Other than that, a superlative product for a super reasonable price.

I did a fair share of research on internet jewelry stores before placing my order on Dazzling Rock and I am so happy I went with them! The ring I ordered is beautiful, just as I had hoped it would be. It looks very nice and very well made. It was created and shipped in the exact timeframe promised. The only thing I want to mention is that the custom engraving is not where I anticipated it would be - it is on the inside near the stone settings, rather than the back of the band as I expected. However, this is no fault of Dazzling Rock, this was based on my assumption and with the font I selected and the small size of the band, there is no way it would have fit there. And I actually ended up really liking the placement! Do yourself a favor and skip the other websites and go with Dazzling Rock. I hope to make more purchases in the near future.

Very satisfied with Dazzling Rock. I purchased an 18K Rose Gold Chevron Anniversary ring for my wife for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I purchased the ring in May 2018, so that I would have the ring in time for our June Anniversary. The ring I purchased was absolutely gorgeous, rose gold, little diamonds, and amethyst stones across the ring. Dazzling Rock communicated with me via email to tell me the ring was sent, I had to sign for the ring. Along with the ring, I received a gift, and I received a certificate of authenticity. The ring I ordered was too small for my wife, I contacted Christian from Dazzling, he couldn't have been more nice and professional. He instructed me to send the small ring back, as he assured me that they will make a bigger ring. Several weeks went by, and I received the bigger ring. Beautiful as the first. I placed my order about 2 weeks ago. I had some trouble with the website, but was able to finally place an order. I haven't recieved the order yet, but I anxiously wait its arrival. The ring is pretty but wasn't what I expected. We thought it was awfully small and kind of flimsy. I'm almost afraid to wear it all the time because I'm afraid it's going to break somehow or a stone is going to come out. Also this was the 3rd time I tried to place this order. My original order had free diamond earrings with purchase. So I placed the order, received an email confirmation and waited for 2 weeks without one word from Dazzling Rock. I was expecting my ring soon so I put in my order number and it didn't exist. I then started all over and placed my order again, but the free diamond earrings offer was not found. It had expired. So because someone in the order dept dropped the ball on your end with my 1st order, I lost my free diamond earrings.
