I had never heard of Dazzling Rock prior to this purchase, and I was a bit leary at first. However, I purchased my wife's wedding band from Dazzling rock at a third of the price the "mall" jewelry store wanted for the same ring. Service was great, and everything went smoothly. My wife was delighted with the ring. I ordered a size 7, but the jeweler sized it as a 6.75. Which actually worked out because that is the size she actually needed when the local jeweler measured her finger to combine and solder the engagement ring inside the set.

Very happy with the quality and price. I ordered an 18k white gold/1k pink sapphire ring for my wife for Christmas. Shipped and arrived on time too. Only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is that I paid for a custom engraving and you can barely see it.

They have actual humans who will follow up on issues...a big plus when making a large purchase! I found a mount I liked, but it wasn't made to fit the some I had. They quickly customized the mount, sent me a very detailed image of the design, made corrections, and shipped out the item on time. It arrived exactly as described and is beautiful. I'm totally satisfied and expect to buy wedding bands in a few months.

Buying the ring was easy. The online ring measuring was a little challenging. The ring is gorgeous but now it doesn't nest well with my engagement ring. Hopefully i can get this resolved sooner rather than later because it is gorgeous it just doesn't fit well with the two rings together.
