Ordered these burgers to have with family visiting from California. Could not wait for them to get here. Grilled up a package, was not disappointed. The burgers were juicy and flavorful some for the best burger I have ever eaten. Can't wait to feed the company from away.

Wonderful cut of meat! Met my expectations 100%. Cut was amazingly flavorful and tender. I threw one on the smoker this past weekend for good measure - turned out perfect after a quick sear at the end. Highly recommend Heartstone Farms and beef.

We have been enjoying the Heartstone ground beef and regular patties for a few months now but i decided to try the steak patties. Wow! It’s another whole level of flavor, absolutely delicious! Tip - when you thaw them they can get a bit flattened in the package so i reshaped and tightened them up a bit before grilling. Definitely the food highlight of Memorial Day weekend.

Tongues are kind of small but the quality is great.

Grass fed Oxtails were wonderful. Great cut and fresh. Heartstone Farms exceeded my expectations.

Hello All,. I have purchased several items from Farmer Dan. They include: beef shares, chicken sampler, knuckle bones and my personal favorite, is the bones for beef broth. I tried a suggestion to roast the beef bones before making my broth. It was wonderful; thank you. I keep my broth in the fridge to help cut down on my coffee. It's good for my joints and replaced hip. Thanks for your advice!

I was very pleased with the delivery of items I ordered from Heartstone Farm. The chuck roast was tender and tasty.

When I bought this steak I did not know what a "skirt steak" was, maybe the name got changed sometime in the last 40 years? I had no idea what we were getting. It came out of the package not looking at all like a steak, more like london broil, or what our butcher used to call flap meat. I sprinkled on a nice layer of Everything Bagel (our "go to" steak seasoning) and simply grilled it. It was FANTASTIC! So delicious and unbelievably tender! Thicker at one end, thinner at the other, perfect for a family who wants both rare and medium rare at the same time. It was SO GOOD that I immediately ordered another 10 of a larger size just to be sure I have enough for our Summer BBQs. I truly hope each and every cow is as tender and juicy!

I just made our first shish kabobs of the BBQ season and they looked just like the photo! The meat was perfect, not fatty or gristly at all, and nicely tender. The one pound package was enough for three hungry adults. I had gotten two packages with my first meat order (quarter share) and after trying them I immediately ordered more!

These burgers are simply delicious and convenient. Sprinkle a little Montreal seasoning and a dash of Worcestershire sauce (use both sparingly) and you have a top notch burger. The meat alone is so good, you can’t go wrong!

I haven't cook lamb chops in years. I put a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in my cast iron fry pan. I coated both side of the loin chops with a small amount of extra virgin oil and then seared both sides of the lamb loin chops for 2 minutes. I left them in the cast iron fry pan and put them the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. They were excellent. They were tender and cut tasty. I would do this again for a special occassion.

I ordered an assortment of meat from farmer Dan @ HeartStone Farm. The order arrived promptly and was packaged and insulated well. The meat was delicious!! I have had many burgers but the hamburgers from farmer Dan was superb!

We just switched buying our meats from another farm to Heartstone and are 100% glad we did. The ribeye steaks we purchased were the best we have had along with the ground beef and patties. The service was incredible and our first shipment arrived in a couple days. We highly recommend Heartstone!

This is the best quality lamb on the market, flavorful and rich without being gamey. The pre-made patties are great for summer grilling. Uncooked patties seem quite large but they cook down to a perfect slider size.

Delicious, did them in a cast iron frying pan with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary. Seared both sides creating a nice crunch. These would be great one the grill but the rain closed out that option. Still delicious tasting meat.

Maine organic Spatchcock chicken is the best I have found anywhere. It grills up beautifully tender and juicy and crisp on the outside and so clean tasting. You just know these chickens were treated and fed properly. I refuse to ever buy "big name" large corporate chicken again. I will re-order this every time!

I just tried the Sirloin and have already had Rib Eye and TBone and they were all excellent. I also bought 2 Racks of Lamb and cooked them on the grill for my Mother-in-Law on Mothers Day. She loves lamb and said it was the best she has ever had and she is 86. Now on to the Porterhouse !!

Shipping packaging and delivery were good. Shipping package was biodegradable. My recipe called to slow cook the lamb in a slow cooker which I have learned the leg of lamb is better on the grill and a shoulder of lamb is better in a slow cooker. There was no gamy taste from being "grass-fed" and the meat was tender.

Great taste. I couldn't give it 5 stars because of the way the patties were packed. I had difficulty getting them apart and had to defrost the entire pack to do so. I need to be able to take out only one (1) at a time. Everything else was good to great.
