Honestly one of the BEST beef burgers I have ever had! At first I was a bit skeptical with ordering meat online, but boy am I happy that I did! If you are on the fence like I was, please order and try them out. The meat came so nicely packed, no orders at all with shipping and everything came still frozen which was awesome. Once we cooked them we could tell they that this was far from store bought beef. Juicy, fresh and nice beefy flavor. No need to over season, all we used was salt and pepper. This company exceeded our expectations and we have already placed a second order. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This is the tastiest hamburger I've ever eaten. I was reluctant to try it b/c the idea of old meat sounded terrible. However, there was a special offer and I need hamburger. My next order included 10 pounds of the 14-day aged hamburger! I've used it in spaghetti, patties, chili, and meatballs. Delicious!

Best Burgers in Town!

I'd give the chuck steak a 5 for flavor -- it's delicious! -- but a 4 for toughness. I seared the meat, and cooked it in a slow cooker for 8 hours on low. It did fall apart, but it still needed extra chewing. We are a couple of senior citizens, but if I had children, I would definitely serve this over noodles or potatoes. Children don't notice chewiness, but they do notice flavor.

i ordered the ossobucco stock up bundle. they arrived in perfect condition, frozen solid. while I have not prepared them yet, I must say they are very meaty . the nicest veal shank that I have ever seen. also they are cryovaced to prevent freezer burn. Can't wait to share them with friends.

Sublime! I cooked the Brisket Low and Slow till you could put a fork through it like butter. It was full of Incredible deep flavor and was just a beautiful cut of meat. The perfect amount of fat requiring no trim . Heartstone puts a lot of care in their craft that makes for meals to be remembered ! Bites that put you in the moment. We loved the flavor of the meet. Shipping and communication was great. The cuts were a little thin, this year we are going to order them thicker. Along side the thickness it was unfortunate that the prime cuts were very light, other then that this order has been great. We now get grossed out looking at store meat.

This is extremely high quality chicken liver. The look of Farmer Dan's chicken liver compared to store bought is night and day. Eating liver and onions alone is something I cannot ingest without gagging, so the solution is making liver pate in order to get nutrients needed for health. The pate turned out to be delicious and it is quite clear their high caliber chicken liver offerings plays the biggest part. Plan to use Heartstone Farm as my liver source, because I know his animals are treated well and this is a rare quality in today's world of mass production without thought for the animals who suffer. Love these, my wife made deviled ribs with these. So I would say they were amazing and I've never had them before. My wife told me she would cook these again, so I bought 2 packages. Let me say that I prefer dry aged meat over any other just for the taste alone.

We ordered over 40lbs of meat from Heartstone Farm on a Saturday and it was delivered by Wednesday. It was packaged perfectly and was completely frozen when we received it. The hamburger, sirloin, and shaved steak are delicious! We will be regular customers!

I was looking online for knucklebones to make my own bone broth, I feel homemade ones taste great and I know what is on it. I was lucky to find Heartstone farm, my bone broth came out excellent. The bone broth came out with the gelatin consistency that I haven't been able to have in the past. Will be purchasing again. Thank you.

Hands down the absolute best tasting grass fed beef I've ever had. I cooked a roast in the pressure cooker today and it was melt in my mouth yummy. I purchased two bundles - hamburger patties and chuck roast. The hamburgers, similar to McDonald's, were so thin that they broke apart while putting them in the pan. Their taste was not exceptional and certainly weren't worth $3+/patty. On the other hand, the chuck roast (which was cooked for 7 hours in a crock pot on low) was exceptional for taste and tenderness.

As always, the meat was terrific.

Who knew chicken thighs were so meaty and tasty. We have baked them several different ways and BBQ thighs are amazing!

The T-bone steaks are everything you could ask for in a steak. Flavorful, meaty, and classic. We grill them in the summer, and use a cast iron pan in the winter. The Porterhouse are a little more tender, but you can't go wrong with these!
