Heartstone Farm Chicken Thighs

The BEST chicken we've ever eaten. It's fresh, flavorful and contains no antibiotics - or anything else that's not supposed to be in our meat. Thanks Farmer Dan for providing this service.

Fabulous

Love it

Ordered large bundle subscription. More meat than Butcher Box and it’s all local. Meat is delicious.

So Happy!

Our store-bought meat never tastes this great so happy Thank you Trish

100% Grass Fed Shaved Steak - It's Good

When I first came across the listing for this cut of steak I found it quite interesting. Then I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. After experiencing the shaved steak I thought 'where has it been my entire life?' It was wonderfully flavorful, juicy, and very easy to pull apart - I almost didn't need a knife! Well, after that I was sold and decided to purchase ten (10) pounds. In the future I will be purchasing another ten (10) pounds, it's that good.

delicious!

We love these and all of the other meat that we get from Farmer Dan!

looks great!

Haven’t eaten it yet but it looks great!

ALWAYS 5STAR

I love the fact that we can purchase fresh and organic meats from a local farm!

delicious pork, for so many recipes!

We love Heartstone ground pork. We’ve made pork burgers, tacos, and most recently - traditional British sausage rolls! (see pic) So delicious. The grind of the pork is perfect - no fatty or gristly chunks. Lots of meat and not too much fat. Highly recommend!

So happy to have found you!!

We are absolutely loving our subscription to Heartstone Farms! We are on our third box and nothing has been disappointing! Thank you for quality products. Cannot wait to try my gluten free apple pie!!

This pie is refreshingly light and tastes like a just-picked, fresh wild blueberry pie to be enjoyed after a summer barbecue. The crust is very flakey, and the pie is full of delicious blueberries that hold their shape and do not cook down. It is, however, different than what I expected. The pie filling does not have the thicker sugar-cornstarch-liquid consistency that I am used to, but it is a nice change. With vanilla ice cream it is yummy.

burger

All we have eaten so far is the hamburger and that was better than what we get from a grocery store in Virginia

ribeye steak

Exceptional flavor. Well marbled. A great quality steak the way it should be. Especially knowing it’s non GMO, or vaccinated with mRNA proven harmful to humans.

Chuck Steaks

Had our second delivery of meats from Heartstone Farms including a mix of different meats, but the chuck steaks are legit and better then any big box grocery store.

Steak review

Your strip steaks were very flavorful, just as you said. not real tender like prime beef, but still very good. will order more. The pork was tasty as well, but too much bone to maneuver around.

Very good!

So far everything thing I have eaten from my first order has been excellent, great flavor. Thankyou!

The beef

We just love the meats from Heartstone Farm ! The people and there service are exceptional too! Thank you Heartstone!

Best Chicken Breasts

I have never had a breast from Heartstone that's was tough or stringy. The meat is tender and flavorful every time.

Great Product!

We were very happy with the cuts of meat we selected. It was packed with care and shipped very quickly! The quality is excellent. We will be ordering again!

Grass Fed Strip Steaks - Delicious!!!

I have been ordering meat from Heartstone Farms for almost a year now and I'm still very happy that I decided to do this. I only give them five starts because there are no more. The meat is fantastic! It taste much better than grocery store meat and each piece comes individual wrapped so I defrost just what I need each time. And the best part, it comes directly to my door so all I have to do is put it in the freezer. Time saver!! I highly recommend it!!!

Great tasting meat

The meat that I get from Heartstone is just the best. The taste is so much better than grocery store meat. I get to change my selection each month so I can have the variety I need and love. They also some of the best pies I have ever had. It is a plus to able to support a local farm.

Heartstone Farm Review

I purchased the subscription box from Farmer Dan and was curious at first on the quality of the product. After grilling my chicken it was flavorful and juicy that of store bought chicken. The order I received was received in a timely manner and the product was still froze. I will continue to purchase from Farmer Dan

I really like them.

The hot dogs are a little more chewy than reg store bought. But the flavor was great and I like knowing they are good meat and not all chemicals and who knows what else!

First order

Best Burger !!!!!

This is the best burger ever. This is now the only burgers I eat. Can't say enough good things about them. So good !!!

Review For Heartstone Farm Chicken Thighs

Wonderful quality chicken with genuine fresh flavor.

Fresh & flavor full

Pie was very fresh tasting. Not too sweet a plus. Little too much cinnamon for my taste buds. Crust very good.

blueberry pie

The pie was delicious I especially liked the crust

Love my meat box

A few months ago we switched from buying meat at the grocery store to almost exclusively buying meat from Heartstone. Absolutely no regrets. The quality is so much higher and we love the variety of cuts offered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to switch to a more ethical, tastier option!

1st box as promised

Meat is good quality, packaged ready for freezer.

WOW! Great Products

Working our way through our first order and so far nothing has been a disappointment. The beef and sausage is far better than what is offered at our local market. Love it!!

Best Blueberry Pie I Have Ever Had...Sorry Mom

The meat is so good and tender and the blueberry pie is the best I have ever had, right to the very last slice with a little whipped cream:)

Outstanding Flavor and Tenderness

We recently received our first order from Heartstone Farms. Shipping was very fast. Our order arrived in 2 days, and everything was in good shape. For our first meal from our selections, we had the Filet Mignon. I grilled them on indirect heat at 300 degrees, to medium rare. They turned out fantastic, full of flavor, and melt in your mouth tender. I expect our remaining beef and chicken will be just as outstanding. This grass-fed beef is just different in the best way. The bonus blueberry pie was delicious, as well. Im so glad we settled on ordering from Heartstone Farms. Thanks, Heartstone Farms.

Smoky Bacon Goodness

****Uncured Smoked Bacon “Yum!” This bacon is absolutely perfect for your breakfast or for any cooking application you have. Flavorful and gristle free. Thanks! Cathy Craig

Love our Meat Box Subscription

We have been receiving our Heartstone Farm Meat Boxes for a year now, and love it! We can change our meat options whenever we want and change our delivery date with ease. And on top of that, every piece of meat that we have tried is delicious. Especially the blueberry sausage! Thank you Farmer Dan!! A+ meat and delivery service.

The blueberry pie was delicious! Just like Mom use to make. I am thinking of trying an apple next.

Excellent Short Ribs!

I love short ribs and these are excellent! They fall off the bone. They easily disappear before they make it to the table because we can't stop nibbling on them before the meal!

blueberry pie is awesome!

The pie comes frozen and just bake according the directions. Allow 2 hours! Delicious. I had the gluten free version.

1st Time Great Experience

This was my first order. We did the build your box subscription. We were notified via email and text of the order processing, in process to be delivered and time of delivery. I placed the order on 7/15. It shipped out just over 24 hours and was to my home on 7/18. The ice was thawed, the hot dogs were mostly thawed, cracked and a hole in packaging. Everything else was still solid frozen. Customer service didn't hesitate to refund me for the hot dogs. I completed a review post delivery making a note of the incident and that I would be calling. I didn't need to call. They took care of it right away, I was IMPRESSED. We managed to eat 2 of the hotdogs and were not fans. we cooked the cracked ones and our dogs ate them. Ha. We have enjoyed the bacon, NY sirloin steak, beef, and chicken breast. The beef burgers are just ok to us. We also received a complimentary blueberry pie. We are more of an apple pie family, but we all tried it and thought it was a good tasting and seemed to be clean ingredients. Being a family that is working on supporting our farmers that are promising to provide clean, regenerative, hormone free food, we plan on continuing our membership. I would like to see more pork options like sausage patties.

Delicious!

Directions were simple and straightforward. The pie was AMAZING! Will definitely be ordering again.

excellent purchase

Great quality meat, fast shipping. I ordered 6 pounds ancestral ground meat, 2 ribeye and 2 sirloins

Great Value for Quality Meat

I’m so happy with my first box! The meat is delicious and the packaging is compostable, which I also love

Ribeye Steaks

We try to eat as natural as possible without hormones, antibiotics and as little processing as possible. We recently celebrated a family accomplishment. The steaks were a hit.

Traditional Maine Wild Blueberry Pie

The Traditional Maine Wild Blueberry Pie was included in my first order with Heartstone Farm. It was the best blueberry pie that I have had. It is not too sweet and the crust is flaky. Love this pie!

Farm Ancestral Blend Ground Beef

I have to say this blend was absolutely delicious! In the past, I have had an ancestral blend elsewhere and there has been an "after taste" that is not tasty at all. However, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The meat was amazing!

My wife and I loved the steak and chicken. The meat was tender, juicy and had amazing flavor! We will definitely order again.

First time buyer

We are very satisfied with our order. Meat was delivered well packed.hambergers are delicious.

Pork chop

Thought the pork chop bone on was very good. Would maybe buy again.

Great service!

Due to a delivery issue with the carrier, our order wasn't received timely. Farner Dan replaced the order and it was delivered promptly. Thanks!

I’m loving everything from Heartstone Farms The breakfast sausage and the Blueberry sausage is awesome😍Fast delivery and well packaged. Will definitely continue to order the fresh Meats from Heartstone Thank you

Beef Hot Dogs

This was my first time buying from you and I was very excited to buy your meat and try it out, Especially your hot dogs as I'm a hot dog lover but when I received the box and took out everything I noticed that the packaging of, all 4 packs of hot dogs was not sealed right so the hot dogs were loose inside, Everything else was seal nicely when I tried one of the hot dogs I was very disappointed it was hard and chewy, I even tried boiling the hot dogs to see if they would be softer but no good, I have had hot dogs from another place and they were good and tasty I thought yours would be good to, When I try the rest of the meat I will see whether I stay with you or not . P.S. I just wanted to say thanks for doing what you do it means a lot for people who want to live a healthier way.

Best Meats Ever!

I have to say these sausages are so delicious!!! We put them in our spaghetti sauce which was sooooo good!! I will be ordering more in my next order. I’ve never been disappointed with Heartstone Farm meats and products. Thank you so much for the best local meats ❤️

Enjoying everything that I have opened!

Grass fed strip steaks

Love the steaks and have trust in this farm that what they advertise is true. What is happening to meats in this country will all the additives and antibiotics is insane.

Blueberry pie

My husband and I agreed on something. The blueberry pie was the best ever. We were not disappointed.5 star

Heartstone is absolutely the BEST!

This was the first time I placed an order from Heartstone and I’m thrilled that I did! I was referred to them by my sister who told me that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I am extremely satisfied! The blueberry pie was a great gift. So tasty and the crust was great! The filet mignon was so tender and delicious cooked on the grill and the burgers were the best ever! I would have taken a photo except that I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take the photos. I am extremely pleased with Heartstone and I’m sure that anyone that orders from this company will definitely feel the same! Wonderful company! I’m looking forward to cooking up the chicken and pork that I also ordered. It’s better than eating out! 😋

Very Tasty

Dan's ground beef is excellent; Very tasty-the whole family loves it!

Very tasty

The right amount of fat and meat, very tasty! I just put it in dutch oven with salt, paper and garlic then cook for 4hrs at 270 no need to put water because it will juice it self. Perfect for meal planning.

Blueberry pie

What an exceptional pie- delicious crust, loaded with Maine blueberries, worthy of a blue ribbon!

I thouraly enjoyed my 1st order!! Haven't cooked my blueberry pie yet as it's been too hot. Customer service was really great.Thank you and am looking forward to next order.

The burgers, steaks, and chickens have all been great—quality, tasty and juicy!

Chicken

Fabulous

Excellent quality and service!

I received my order on time, the packaging was impeccable, the meat was labeled with all the necessary information, and I received a free pie and a free package of beef as promised. There was a little misunderstanding that I notified and they got back to me in no time to fix the situation the best way possible. I will happily continue with the subscription and probably add more items to my future orders.

The Best Burgers Ever

The ground beef was so juicy and full of flavor. We’ve been eating “store bought” ground beef forever. Not anymore!
