Delicious but very pricy; the ribeye steak was certified as 10 oz. but at least 20% of it was fat. This would not be meat I could order on a regular basis.

Until I found heartstone I was eating nearly 0 red meat due to the cost of high quality grass fed steak. Now I have delicious ribeyes weekly and don’t have the guilt of knowing the animal lived in awful conditions and was unhealthy. Kabab Stuffed Peppers!!

The kebab’s I have purchased are delicious. I have made several different recipes with them. I pressure cook them, cut them small & mix with jasmine rice, garlic, basil, chopped cooked tomatoes & then mix with spices all together & then put into peppers, bake in the oven & delicious!! Even the grandkids love them!!

These short ribs out do anything we have tried to make broth with, and we do not skimp on the quality of our beef, or so we thought. Heartstone beef is the best! It just took one short rib to make the richest broth we have ever made. Awesome.

I am a first time buyer of your ribeye and only a second time buyer as a customer. So far everything I’ve ordered has been very good. I now live in an apartment with no outdoor grill access so I did it range top in a stainless steel fry pan using avocado oil for high heat and finished it off with some butter spooned over it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Very tender, and every bit edible, no waste. Excellent. I have one more in the freezer for another treat. I hope it is equally as delicious.

heartstone farm is the best value, and more importantly, the tastiest calves tongue i have ever purchased, it has been in my salmistrata brine for 14 days, i will cook it friday am and can already tell it will be the bomb, of course i cooked an unbrined tongue the day it arrived, both for quality assurance, but also for pure hunger, and it was truly delicious. 10 thumbs up, if that is a thing? !!

I recounted several times because this had never happened before. I emailed and your secretary called me back. I told her what happened. I also said your beef makes fantastic stew, the absolute best! I know the usual way to handle this was to refund the money but I would much rather have the meat. Imagine my surprise when a cooler box, just like you send big orders in arrived. I opened it right away and there were two beautiful pounds of stew beef. WOW!! You went to the trouble and expense to fulfill my order, all wrapped and frozen just like my big orders.
