Great Quality

Great Quality and taste. the Strip steak cooks up great. I did mine in a cast iron. A little too cold for grilling right now but can't wait for warmer days and Heartstone on the grill.

My sister and I purchased a meal for a dear friend to thank her for helping us out in a time of need. When I placed the order, I immediately realized that I failed to put in a note with the gift. I contacted customer service to ask if a note could be included. Within minutes, received a response from Dan himself letting me know that he was able to include our message with the package. The package arrived safely and quickly. I couldn’t be more impressed. We received a text from our friend soon after it was delivered and I agree with everything she had to say. Pretty good

It's very fresh and wide cut. It was easy to sear. Not as much flavor as I'd like but it is to be expected with a healthier cut. I would recommend.

Tasty Dumplings!

We used the ground pork to make some fantastic Nepali/Tibetan Momos (dumplings). The pork was flavorful and juicy, and nothing like the tasteless meat we are used to getting at the local supermarket! We'll be back for more -

We absolutely loved the boneless pork butt. So delicious and just the right amount of fat. It was 3.5 lbs, perfect for my recipe. I cut into large chunks, seared in a Dutch oven and slow cooked at 250 for 4 hours using the NYT recipe for Slow Cooker Honey-Soy Braised Pork with Lime and Ginger. It was outstanding. We’ll definitely order the pork butt again (and the recipe is a keeper!)

Honestly it's the best ground pork I've ever eaten in my life. The meat to fat ratio is perfect The taste is clean and there are no miscellaneous chunks of bone or grizzle or anything like that it's just a wonderful product to make sausage patties out of or to use when making meatballs to mix with ground beef... What can I say it's really good stuff! 😎

This meat is the tastiest meat I have had in a long time, especially, the pork chops, it was like a bite into my past! The were delicious smelling while I fried them in my grandma's old cast iron fry pan, no foul odors, just frying pork! They had just enough fat for flavor, and what flavor! Delicious! And, their gluten free pies, are to die for! No grit, or sandy like texture, just pure enjoyment with a hot cup of tea! I can't wait for the next subscription delivery and I ordered my Corned Beef, which I know is going to be worth every penny! So glad I came across them on Facebook! The ground turkey is very lean but juicy! To be healthier i use it for making tacos and it works really well. My whole family enjoys it!

Breakfast Turkey & Turkey Burgers

This was our first time having the heart stone turkey and it was so good! We made turkey burgers out of it. We had a little left over we didn’t use for the burger and added some Italian seasonings and garlic to make some mini turkey patties for breakfast sandwiches. We will definitely be getting it again in our boxes!

OMG so good!

Mom made steak tips with gravy out of the stew meat from Farmer Dan and it was oh so good! Mom is a good cook but it helps to start with an awesome product. We've tried meat from many other farms and we'll be sticking with heartstone because they are simply the best!

The ground beef is truly premium. When I purchased ground beef in the supermarket 80/20 it was really greasy then I would purchase “grass fed 95” that would cook. Well let’s just say my husband cooked he complained about cooking it and we complained eating it. Now since I started buying my ground beef/ Steak from hearthstone the no one complains.

I was happy with the flavor and freshness of the turkey tenderloins I received, my only comment is I wish they were the same size because one was a little bigger it was difficult to cook it all evenly. But the flavor was terrific!

I had bought a box of meat for my son and his family for Christmas. Their freezer had stopped working and they had lost everything while my grandson was in the hospital who is very ill. I wanted them to have Grassfed healthy meat so I bought it as a Christmas gift. I asked my son( how It was, he said it was very good. So I decided to try it for myself. The only thing I’ve used so far are they beef hamburger patties and they were delicious they’re the perfect size and I like that they’re thinner. They look very fresh. I will definitely order again. I purchased the subscription (regular box - 10 cut). I have tried the ribeye steak and chicken breast so far. I can say that you can actually taste the difference between supermarket meat and Heartstone Farms meat. The chicken has flavor and the steak is very tender and flavorful as well. The only thing I would recommend is to have an option to add a whole chicken to the bos, even if an extra fee is added. Unfortunately I wanted to buy a whole chicken and I had to include separate parts instead in order to get something similar.

You can taste the difference in this ground beef! I grew up on a farm and my dad use to raise a few blank angus every year; this beef took me back to my early days when we ate food that we raised. I could never go back to store bought beef

Memorable Valentines Day !

We hesitated buying the special filet and scallops combo, but decided to splurge. So glad we did! The meat was melt-in-your mouth tender and delicious, and the scallops were the best we’ve ever tasted. And - bonus - there was enough meat and scallops left to enjoy leftovers with a salad the next day! We are so thrilled with our delicious experiences with Heartstone so far!

Delicious Turkey Sasage

The flavor, the consistency, all of it delicious. My granddaughter loved it too. The flavors were spot on. The sausage had a great texture which can often be a challenge with ground turkey. Not here! And you can actually taste the meat. It’s really good! You won’t go wrong with this on your menu.

Love at first taste!

We love this chili! With just a hint of heat and and balanced density, it has become our go-to quick lunch and warmup on a cold upstate NY winter’s day. We sometimes sprinkle it with cheese, or toss in some leftover veggies. We don’t eat bread or crackers, but anyone who does would surely enjoy the combination. It’s a must try, and you’re sure to love it, too!

The frozen pack was great, no freezer burn. When thawed it was like I got it fresh from the butcher shop. Ox Tail is one of my few favorite delicacies. I love it slow braised. So succulent and rich!

As luck would have it we decided to treat ourselves to the Heartstone Farm Maine Surf and Turf for Two and we have absolutely no regrets. I cooked the filet mignon and smothered it in a creamy mushroom sauce that only enhanced the flavor of the filet. This is the best turkey.! We really enjoy the texture and flavor of this meat. We live in Maryland and have personally visited Stonewood Turkey Farms in Vermont in 2024, and we were given a tour of the meat processing facility on his farm where he fully processes and packages the meat. We also were able to see his turkey houses and how great a job he does raising healthy turkeys! I would highly recommend this product!!!
