Great Meat!

Fresh and tender chicken right out of the package, ready to cook. It is not yellow or hard. It is like the chicken I remember as a teenager cooking. I am a fan! The ground beef is also very fresh and breaks apart easily, not like the store bought meat, that is gummy when trying to break it apart in the pan. Heartstone meat is like the meat I remember when I first started cooking years ago. The chicken, ground beef, and steaks are very flavorful and are real meat! Very tasty! Best meat I've had since I was a child!

Best Bacon Ever

I ordered ground beef and turkey and the quality of the meat is top-notch. My boyfriend loves how the burgers cook-up easily on the grill with adequate fat content and great taste. I prefer to use the ground turkey for meatloaf - which I never make the same way twice! Always delicious starting with such fresh meat, from a New England farm- local for many of us. Deliveries arrive in a matter of a few days and the packaging keeps the order cold, even through a whole summer day! The packaging is light weight and easy to recycle and the individual portions are packaged for easy, compact fit in the frezer - no styrofoam trays/dishes that are larger than the product. Thanks for all your efforts. Love the non-meat options too - like PIES for dessert.

Best bacon ever!

So flavorful! We cook 2 packages in the oven every weekend and it holds its shape and size (doesn’t cook down to 1/2 its original size). We put it in salads, eggs and even meatloaf. Ps. Our dogs love it too lol.

My husband and I have been very diligent about keeping our family as healthy as we can as far as the products we keep in the house and the food that we put on our table. Coming across Heartstone Farms was a great addition to our healthy decisions. It’s hard in today’s economy but they say the more you do now, the less you will pay in medical bills later. We purchased the farmers box and couldn’t be happier with the quality and taste of Farmer Dan’s meat products. You can actually tell the animals are well cared for by how tender the meat is, including both the beef and chicken. The quantity and quality for the price is so worth it! Heartstone meats are truly superior. The chicken breasts are beautiful in color—pink, not yellow like you see in a store. They are a nice size too. A single breast can be divided into 2 or 3 pieces, pounded, and made into cutlets, enough to satisfy 2 adults. When poached, they are very tender and slice beautifully. I feel blessed that I can serve this high quality chicken to my family. You won’t be disappointed.

Best Ground Pork!

To be able to get ethically, sourced and organic ground pork is extremely important to me. Heartstone farm is one of the only places I have been able to find that has ground pork and it taste so delicious! I defrost it overnight in the freezer and use it in many different meals. Super Tasty Drumsticks

We have loved all of the meat we have gotten from Heartstone Farms but the chicken, in particular, is notable. The drumsticks had so much more flavor on their own than any chicken I have gotten from the grocery store and smothered in herbs and other flavor-enhancing ingredients. Heartstone Farms natural approach to raising their livestock makes a major and tasty difference in the quality of their meat!

Best Sirloin Tip Steak

This was the time I'd tried Heartstone Farm's sirloin tip steak and it was better than expected. It was tender and full of flavor. I usually have steak sauce on mine but not this time! The BEST Oxtail EVER!

I have been buying oxtails for a very long time. Oxtails are my Mom favorite meat; she is 95 years old. She has always complaint about the lack of meat in the bone. Let me tell you, my Mom was so happy with Heartstone Oxtails that she left the bones, clean. I have never seen my Mom enjoy her Oxtails so much. Fresh, a lot of meat (not fat) and very tender.
