Great Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage

A nice alternative to pork sausage. I made a delicious broccoli Rabe with this Turkey Sausage (mild) and it was delicious! Quick and easy! Well seasoned too. You can make turkey sausage patties or cook it like ground turkey and add to your favorite dish.

Delicious Chicken Thighs!

In July I moved to NH and began doing my research to support a local farm selling organic meats. I ending up going with Heartstone Farms because of Farmer Dans story. He started this farm so that good meat was available for people that wanted it. I’ve always searched around for good farm fresh meats and vegetables and Heartstone Farms has the most delicious chicken along with really reasonable prices. All around I’m super pleased with my first experience ordering a box from Heartstone! Having meat ready to thaw in my freezer has been so convenient and everything I’ve tried so far has been a great quality! Not to mention the price point is very good for what you’re getting… safe and local meats!

St. Louis Ribs

We recently enjoyed our Heartstone Farm St. Louis Ribs! We seasoned them with salt, pepper, onions, garlic powder and our favorite barbecue sauce and slow cooked them in the oven for several hours before taking them out and grilling them for a few minutes to brown them up. They were moist and tender and we are looking forward to our next batch!

We tried the bacon, though sometimes the fresher bacon isn't really our thing. This was amazing! Highly recommend!

Very Satisfied

For some reason, my grocery store is regularly out of the ancestral ground beef. I found Heartstone just by googling and gave them a try by ordering a few different things. It came surprisingly quickly, and everything has been excellent. I will be ordering from them regularly!

I had not had dry cured meat for many years until a restaurant a while back. I started looking for dry cured meat and I found farmer Dan. Then after reading his site and him calling me after I left a message on his site and realizing the meat was not grain fattened. I had paid for a farmer to not grain his cow for me back in 85 and the meat was wonderful . Now my search for dry cured and non grained meat was looking at me. So I ordered a sampler and 10 lbs of hamburger. Was i surprised. The meat was vacuumed sealed and looked great. That wasn't the end. Then i started cooking it. All I can say is amazing. I haven't had that good tasting meat in a long time. So far we have had two pounds of hamburger and the roast. The only surprise (not really) was that it had great flavor. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to more in the future. Dan has captured me as a happy customer that will come back again and again.

Little hard when stewed

I expected the meat to be tender when stewed but this was too tough

IWe like all of the meat that we have eaten but we especially enjoy the blueberry sausage and. Spareribs. I buy my pork from Heartstone Farm because their pigs are not fed corn 🌽 or soy. My son won't hunt deer because all of the farmers are raising soy and the deer are eating it.

Great flavor, not super fatty, makes some of the best burgers we have had. So much better than any beef previously purchased at the local grocery store. This ancestral blend is our go to now for anything we want ground beef for. Makes the best burgers, meaty pasta sauces, tacos and quesadillas!

Delicious chuck roast

We ordered a chuck roast and made a gorgeous Beef Vegetable Soup out of it. It simmered in our crock pot with veggies, bone broth, and my husband’s secret spice and herb combination. The meat melted in our mouths! Grass fed, small farm meat is very important to us. We’re glad we found Heartstone Farm. The selection and quality of meat is wonderful. We’re eager to try more.

Hearthstone farm had the best tasting grass-fed beef! I’ve tried all kinds of grass-fed ground beef and none of them have been as flavorful as Heartstone farms’ ground beef. Highly recommended!

After a lot of research made the decision to go with small farm, grass fed beef and boy what a difference from the big box store and chain grocery stores. Shipping was fast and arrived frozen. I have bought the stake burgers three times now, that's 90 burgers I love them, but I had to try something new. I bought 10lds of these drumsticks note they should change the name to drumlogs!! The quality is noticed immediately in the flavor and the tendons are very noticeable not like grocery story chicken legs that live in a barn, meaning these birds were running around and big!

We ordered the sweet Italian turkey sausage adding it to our breakfast plates. The sausage cooked up moist with good flavor and texture. I only gave it a three star because I felt it needed more flavor. But you can’t go knowing it’s a quality product, thanks Farmer Dan.

SMOKED BACON

Finally Opened up my Heartstone Farm Uncured Country Smoked Bacon. Nice and thickly cut. Placed on Aluminum foil for 22 Minutes at 400 degrees. No need to preheat oven. This method worked perfectly. Came out absolutely perfect. Best Smoked bacon I've had in a very long time. Highly recomment trying some.

Best tasting chicken legs ever!

Cooked chicken legs in my Air fryer on 390 for 24 minutes last night, they came out perfect! I can't believe how clean they taste compared to supermarket legs, so juicy without any slimy fat like store bought!

White Meat Ground Turkey Fresh

Our family eats ground Turkey once a week as part of our meal plans. This was by far the best in quality and texture. You can tell while cooking the meat was pure white vs. grey/white. It tasted even better! Thank you Heartstone Farms.
