The blueberry pie from The Maine Pie Co., sold by Heartstone Farm was delicious! It was a real treat for those of us who need to eat gluten free. These zesty Italian sausages have great pork flavor with just the right amount of zest! I took the sausage out of the casings and added it to my pasta sauce. It turned out great! I am also very happy to have found sausages made from pasture-raised pork that tastes great! Will order more for sure!

So I recently had some friends over and have been telling them about Heartstone Farms meat and such. I decided to grill up the chicken leg quarters as they are a bit sensitive to beef. I used simple seasoning, nothing crazy so they would appreciate the flavor of the chicken vs the seasoning. Salt pepper and a dash of garlic and kept it light. They loved the chicken saying best they’d ever had! And I couldn’t agree more! I find myself over seasoning store bought meats to compensate for the blandness…not with heartstone farms, the meat does all the talkin’…actually, no one is talkin because we’re all enjoying what we got from y’all. I try to eat beef organ meat at least once a week and get tired of liver, but have a difficult time finding good quality, humanely raised, all natural organ meat where I live. I have just found Heartstone and tried the beef heart - made a fantastic stew! The meat was packed well, and the flavor was rich and flavorful. Homemade Pizza with Turkey Sausage

Since my mother’s cancer diagnosis, I went down a rabbit hole of really finding out where our food comes from and really conscientiously looking at ingredients. We came across Hearthstone awhile ago and I am so glad we did. I’ve learned to create our favorite foods at home, that we would normally order out….like pizza. And, our family’s health is all the better. Instead of using pork sausage like I normally do I decided to try it with the turkey sausage…. The result… absolutely delicious! We made enough for two pizzas, a turkey sausage and pepperoni and a deluxe pizza. We also used the left over turkey sausage to make omelets the next morning. We will definitely be ordering this particular product again!

We received our first subscription order - got a little bit of everything. It came quickly, well packaged, and the quality seems great. I really like the ancestral blend beef with liver/heart added. I can’t handle organ meat straight but it’s so healthy and good in the blend.

I didn't know what to expect trying the Ancestral blend so I only purchased one pound to try. I will definitely be ordering more next time. I personally liked this better than the all beef and would even love it if they increased the organ meat to 20%. T-Bone Steak for the win Grass Fed/Finished

Ordered a quarter cow from Heartstone and selected some T-Bone Steaks. This one had good coloration. When I asked one of the family members what they thought of this steak vs others, I was told the meat was 'softer' and the fat was 'sweeter'. Overall the cut was done medium rare, I will be sure to use the fat and bone to make a good broth after I collect and freeze some more cuts.

I order about 15 steaks Avery 2 weeks on my carnivore diet. The packaging, cut, and taste of the meat is consistently good. Super easy to defrost and throw on the grill.

BEST Shaved Steak Ive ever had.

Shaved steak in the supermarket ranges from pressed together scrap cuts of meat (Im being kind to what it really is) to questionable, lack of information brands at best. We then Tried another meat service in the New England area (W____N.). I was unable to order it but could have it checked on my list of preferred options and hope they send it. I actually called to request and got it one time. Horrible, cheap cuts of beef. Enter Heartstone Farm. I ordered their shaved Steak and bingo, this is the real deal. Awesome steak sandwiches, cooks up nice and lean. Good cuts of beef. We’re very happy.
