These chicken breasts were wonderfully succulent and juicy. I am not much of a cook. I realize after cooking these chicken breast that the ones I was getting from the grocery store were simply inferior. They always came out dry and unappealing. I was pleasantly surprised that I succeeded with these. The taste was wonderful. Even the seasoning seemed to affect these chickens in a way that the others did not.

I ordered the Osso Buco to make a Greek stifado dish, the meat was delicious and the bone flavored the stew very well! Ended up coming out great, it was easy to defrost in fridge over two nights and stayed fresh in its air sealed packaging for 4 days there until I was ready to cook it. Only reason I’m giving it a 4 is that it costs about 2-3 times more than the local store, but I do understand it is higher quality meat. Wish it was a bit more affordable to buy more often versus once in awhile.

Quality Beef!

This Brisket was top grade! I also bought ground beef, and even the scent of the beef when raw is so much better than other farm beef that I purchased in the past. Can’t wait for their Prime Roast to become available! The Brisket had the perfect texture and flavor, and I was able to eat using only a fork on my dish!

Superb pork

I cooked it in my crockpot on low. I used my own dry rub, mini can of Canada Dry ginger ale, small amount of chicken broth. This pork has such a delicious flavor and it came out so tender. I will definitely buy again!

If you like sausage you must try their breakfast sausage with blueberry in them , when I 2st saw they had these I was like ,what . I'm so glad I purchased some they are outstanding . The strip steaks and the sirloin and the ground beef are excellent and I'm ready to place another order ,I think I might get a whole box of the sausage alone .If you have never tried ordering your meat from them you must do yourself a favor and try this company .. Fajitas

Made fajitas tonight with the fajita meat and they were delicious! The meat was very tender and juicy! Made a very generous amount and my husband looooved them! Will definitely be adding these to one of my orders in the near future again!

Great sausage!

We browned these sausages in a cast iron skillet with peppers, tomatoes, and onions and served them with a cheesy cheddar and garlic polenta with calabrian chilis. So good! Definitely will buy them again. Great quality and flavor.

Better than Expected

I was looking for easy meal prep but finding beef that is grass fed AND finished is no easy task. At the price point I have been wildly impressed and can not wait to cook my way through all of Heartstone's offerings.

I went out on a limb because I wasn’t sure about this gluten-free, but it satisfied my sweet tooth and was fantastic tasting and easy enough instructions for a single man to bake to perfection. Two thumbs up

Tastes much better

There was a very noticeable improvement in flavor over the Good Chop stuff I was having delivered previously. Didn't care for the hot dogs (a little too much flavor there, weirdly), but otherwise aces all around.

It's big enough to share but I'd rather not. You don't really need to do anything to this meat but salt it a little.

I love my ribeye steaks that I usually order. But, last order I added Chilli. I really enjoy soup for an easy to prepare meal. Your soups are awesome. I ordered 5 chilli's this time.

I cooked up the ground turkey with some pasta and homemade tomato sauce and it was delicious! The ground turkey is moist and packed with flavor. Can’t wait to order again!

The website was easy to navigate and pick out the packages and items that we wanted. The delivery was on time all the meat was still frozen and packed with dry ice. We cooked the ribeyes on the grill. They were the best tasting steaks we have ever had.

My family loved this ground turkey. I usually make ground turkey meals using "organic grass fed turkey" from the grocery store. My family told me..."Never again!" Shave Steak from Hearthstone Farms

I recently received my 1st order From Hearthstone Farms, the packaging and prompt delivery was 1st rate… But the biggest surprise was the quality of the meats, possibly the best pork chop I have ever had, and the Shaved Steak was so tender and flavorful it's hard to put into words. Sautéed with some onions, peppers and mushrooms on a baguette it put the big chains to shame that make steak and cheese their business model. It's much more juicy and flavorful than the Number 9, or Big Kahuna's… Really that good, try it… You definitely won't be disappointed, and it is a selection not offered at Butcher Box.

Amazing Ground Pork

Heartstone Farm Ground Pork is the best ground pork that I’ve personally tried. This pork, along with equal weight of Heartstone’s ground beef, resulted in immensely flavorful, tender, and delicious meatballs. They were so tasty and light that we decided to eat them without sauce. Instead we topped with some local mozzarella and heated in oven until mozz was melted and slightly golden in spots. I regularly will be ordering Heartstone’s ground pork!!

Best Turkey Ever

I don't consider myself a turkey lover, in fact, I almost never eat it and it makes Thanksgiving my least favorite holiday. However, I'm grateful for this amazing mean from Heatstone Farms. It's all white mean, doesn't have that weird store-bought turkey taste and it's delicious. Easily the best ground turkey I've ever had. So far from what's in the supermarket that it's humorous. Love it and will be purchasing more.

fajita - perfect cut

I recently ordered and used fajita meat. The meat was cut perfectly and melted in your mouth. I ordered 2lbs of it. The first pound I over cooked and it was still good! The second pound I cooked much better and it came out even better. Both melted in your mouth thou and were not chewy.

The ground beef was Dynomite today put some butter in the pan added onion, & mushrooms had the onion clear. Added ground beef, chopped it up. cooked that up then put it in a pan, ground beef potato cream corn on top made up dark gravy. Who was that good. My family LOVES Heartstone Farm meats. We get rib eye steaks with every order, they are very flavorful and tender. We love preparing on the grill. As a cut known for it's marbling, it does not disappoint. These steaks need little to no extra seasoning and are fabulous with a little added grassfed butter.

Came well packaged with no shipping issues. My order was shipped Fedex and took 2 days to get to me. I was initially concerned about temperature fluctuations (frozen meat, in summer heat). I’m a 4 hour drive away from the farm, so thought it would come next day. Although there was no dry ice remaining and the inside was cool at best, everything was still frozen. Have tried the ground hamburger and pork so far and they were delicious! Trying the premade hamburgers tonight. I really appreciate that I was able to pick the exact meats I wanted. The former company I used had amazing meats, but you couldn’t pick products the way you can here. Looking forward to trying more things from Heartstone!

We grilled our first ones on Saturday and they were juicy, tender, delicious and satisfying. The price was worth paying especially since we paid more for less beef from the company we formally ordered from. We paid less and got more for our buck. We are very pleased.
