Delicious Chili

I enjoyed this Chili very much. Chili is one of my husbands favorites and he was so excited to see that you offered it. He ate most of it but I did get a couple of spoonfuls. It is amazing. We used the little that was left over to have Chili burgers the next day. I will definitely be adding more to my next order!

Pasture raised chicken breasts

I usually get pastured chicken from Whole Foods, but decided to try Heartstone farm’s pastured chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by the tenderness and flavor of the chicken breasts! Definitely worth getting again! I also like the fact that I can get the cuts I want when I want without a subscription. Will be back for more!

Great thighs

You can definitely taste that these chicken thighs have more flavor than store bought. I always gets thighs over breast meat because the thighs tend to always cook more tender and moist. I cut these up and added to a curry, and already have several more on order for my next subscription box.

First time ordering chicken from Heartstone! Finally a juicy chicken breast that doesn’t have a rubber texture like the ones from the supermarket! This chicken was delicious and juicy! Can’t wait to try the chicken thighs and wings I ordered!

Shaved Steak

I didn't know what to expect with the shaved steak. I just prepared it in the skillet the first time. And, I loved it. I haven't even scratched the surface of what you can do with this cut. I would highly recommend everyone try it at least once. You will not be disappointed one bit. It's delicious. Just as all of the cuts are from Heartstone.

These are consistently delicious and always my favorite meal to make.

I Recently returned from Ireland and noticed people are much thinner and no matter how much I ate, I was never full. After asking why. I was told it's against the law to add growth hormones and antibiotics. This is why I chose Hearthstone Farm. My order arrived in two days, we are very happy and now eating free of hormones and antibiotics. Thanks Tom and Colleen.

First delivery arrived yesterday, 3 days from my order date. We tried the sirloin steak and it brought us back to the days when steak tasted like steak! Looking forward to trying all the other meats included in my order. Sweet Italian Sausage

I want to start off by say again I love the quality of Heartstone Farms products. I like the flavor of sweet italian sausage and the fack isnt super greasy. I gave this sausage a 4 star only because I likenthe zesty one just a little bit more.

Mild Turkey Sausage

I never eaten turkey sausage and decided to order a package from Heartstone Farms. I sautéed in a pan stovetop and added some previously sautéed bell peppers. I was pleasantly surprised - delicious taste!

Recently ordered several chicken breast. The quality was far superior to anything I’ve had in quite a while. Plump, juicy, succulent, mouth watering. Not your average supermarket chicken. Skinned perfectly, no cartilage or tendons. Just nicely cut and packaged breasts ready to be thawed and in my case made into chicken parmigiana.

I was very pleased with the ground turkey. We made tacos with it. There was no grease or liquid to drain after cooking it, unlike when we cook store brand turkey. It tasted good and we would purchase it again.

I tend to buy a lot of flat iron steaks because they work well in so many of my recipes. But even the high end brand that I was buying had a lot that needed to be trimmed from the underside, otherwise it can be very chewy, grizzly and tough. I saw an ad for Heartstone Farms and decided to try. Lo and behold, the flat iron steaks were on a BOGO promotion. I bought several and used them all. All were lean, requiring little if any trimming….and very tender. In the past, my family has bought into 1/4 cow from a local “organic” farmer. I never loved these. The shrink wrap always came loose causing freezer burn and the meat (especially the ground meat) had a weird smell like chlorine. I am very pleased with the quality of the shrink wrap….it all held up until use. And no weird smell! I am hooked!

My favorite sausage ever

I was never a sausage lover, but this zesty sausage totally changed that for me. I sauteed them in a sauce pot with some olive oil, onions, red and green peppers and garlic. I added a large can of crushed tomatoes and holy cow, it was amazing!

Just delicious Pork! I brined these for 24 hours, then dried in fridge for 2 hours. Salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and on to a hot BBQ. Tender, Juiicy and very little fat (the crispy fat was the best).

I generally watch my diet, but I occasionally allow myself to splurge a bit. These breakfast sausages were my splurge. Very fresh and loads of taste. Made me dream of breakfast!

Best Burgers Ever!

My husband grilled these steak burgers and they were juicy, flavorful, best steak burgers we’ve ever eaten! Burgers arrive frozen, in a 3 pak, 1/3 lb or so , perfect size for the best steak burger ever. Ordering again!

Normal size chicken!

How great is it to get a chicken the real normal size instead of those pumped-up chicken from the supermarket? This was a tasty bird and FRESH! The supermarkets put chemicals in the chickens as well as feeding them GMO feed! In addition, they soak them in Chorine and NONE of this is good for you! If you want true natural chicken, call Dan!

I recently purchased some boneless chicken breast, beef patties and strip steaks. The order came on time and well packaged, the chicken was very clean and tasty, the steaks where the same . The beef patties where too fatty for my liking but tasty. You can tell the meat is clean and pasture raised ! Also the follow up via e-mails has been top notch, very good marketing by Heartstone. The only reason for the 4 stars is the fat content of the beef. EJ

I have ordered meat from Heartstone Farms twice. The service is quick & very Professional.. The packing & shipping is above & beyond what i expected. Each time I ordered it arrive the following day. The meat is flavorful & juicy. Nothing in the stores compares to this grass feed beef. My Dad raised beef cattle for our Family & he always said, "its not just what they eat (although that is a major part of it, its how the Cattle are handled while being raised). I truly believe this. Beef Heart and Liver

After our order arrived, we defrosted and lightly cooked the liver and heart. I must say, as a consumer of organ meat, I was pleased with the "cleanliness" of the organs as they had none of the typical "gamey" or metallic smell, and they tasted clean, similar to when you dress and oack out game and eat the liver and heart the very night of harvesting the animal.

Smaller than advertiised

I got several different pieces of meat and they were good. I ordered 2 ribeye steaks and they were advertised as 10oz and they came in at 7 oz. Really good meat but very small portions for a lot of money.

This was a delightful try. The blueberry is subtle and the balance of salty with a. It if sweet was perfect. Most breakfast sausage has a greasy texture but thirst sausage were just like homemade. I highly suggest trying them.

Warrior Burgers!

I love that they have this as an option. All the goodness of organ meats without as much of the strong taste. If you're not huge on the flavor of organ meats I recommend this as a kind of middle ground compromise.
