I ordered a 10-oz strip steak in my first box from Heartstone Farm, It was tender and flavorful - I'm not sure I've ever had a better steak. But to make it even better, everyone I've interacted with at the farm has been super helpful and nice. I can't recommend Heartstone Farm highly enough!

We wanted to buy a farm raised Christmas Dinner. We ordered your Prime Rib for delivery the week before Christmas. The rains came Bethel became an Island. You emailed us with status. The meat arrived and we were not disappointed, tender and delicious. Simple seasoning and slow cook on the Traeger. We will be back.

I received my first box and the meat looked perfect. We tried the chicken and it was tender and flavorful. We will order more. We feel safe ordering from a reputable company where we "know" what we're eating and are not treated with antibiotics, hormones, or MRNA! I also love the little cowbell they sent, it is too cute!!

Wonderful eating!!

Thus far I've prepared some of the burger patties, the chicken breasts, and steaks. I can say with honesty that these meats are some of the best tasting and easy to prepare I've had. My first box

I received my first box and cooked my first rid eye steak the meat was amazing. also there was a slight problem with my order and all I have to say is I received the best customer service in my 48 years of living the problem was fixed extremely fast I just like to give a big thanks to the customer service department.

We could not be happier with the quality of the meat/chicken and the value we get with a subscription from Heartstone Farm. So far we have cooked ground beef, shaved steak, and filet mignon and the taste far surpasses anything we have ever purchased in a supermarket. The meat was delivered super quick, packaged perfectly, and frozen solid. Can’t wait to grill up some more!

Beware the taste

In the advert, they say it barely changes the flavor. Cow Pucky. It DEFINITELY changes the flavor. You can overlook it with seasoning but you will taste it. Full disclosure, I have never been an organ fan, though I do not regret my purchase. I would like to think that the quality is better than store bought. I like the one pound serving size as I am the only one eating them. It's a mixed bag. I will likely buy again but because of the 10% organ meats, while most other vendors are 20%. I wouldn't serve it to friends without them knowing, because they would know.

Delicious!!

This sweet italian sausage is delicious! The casing seems thinner than other sausage which makes it very easy to cut. The links are nice and thick and taste so wholesome. This is an item I will definitely order again!

Exceeded expectations

The first order arrived earlier than it was supposed to and was rock hard frozen! The flavor far exceeded typical store bought chicken breast. I will buy again!

This was my second time to try the Farmhouse Chili. Very tasty, not too spicy and works well with rice. The chili is something that I know I will be buying on a regular basis.

Chicken Wings Gone in 3…2…1

I received the 5 pounds of chicken wings in the Chicken Stock Up box, figuring that would make a good dinner and then an extra lunch. My family, of three mind you, had different plans. They devoured all the wings for dinner, they were that good and tender. Fell right off the bone. I cooked them in the slow cooker and they turned out delicious!!

Very happy with my first order. I switched from another mail order subscription service. The quality of the meat and the packaging was on par or better than the other company. I live in Maine so getting this locally is great too. If your from out of state I would have no worry with the shipping as the packaging from great.

Tender & Delicious

My family and I had the prime rib for Christmas dinner. It was delicious, cooked to perfection following the recipe card that came with the prime roast. I make prime rib from our local grocery store every year but this is the first year I made a prime rib roast from HeartStone farm. It is by far the best roast we have ever had!

Tender, rich

Well packaged, tender, I cooked it in less than 10 min using a cast iron skillet. The fat is also delicious!

Steak Tips

I made a Beef Stew and sautéed the Steak Tips in olive oil, onions and garlic first. The Beef gave the Stew a rich hearty flavor. One can never go wrong purchasing Beef from Heartstone Farms!

Chicken Soup

Sadly, did not look like the picture -- very little (shredded) chicken minimal rice, some carrots. Didn't see anything that looked like parley or herbs. Definately not for two as it only filled a single serving crock bowl. Flavor okay. We were disappointed 😞.

Brisket

I had never cooked a brisket before, but following your recipe with my substitutions (I didn't have all your ingredients), it was delicious. Leftovers were even better.

THE OMG steaks

Hands down the best tasting steak I’ve ever had. Recently went on a Celebrity cruise and ordered a ribeye in the upcharge specialty restaurant. Although it was delicious, I found myself comparing it to my beloved Heartstone grass fed ribeye. I’m now hopelessly spoiled and Heartstone ribeye is the yardstick which all other steaks are measured. If you haven’t had one of these beautiful steaks you can’t possibly know what your missing.

Surprise!!

We surprised our excavator by ordering a prime rib for his Christmas meal. He loved this gift! Hearthstone meats are superior and now he has something special for his family.

Quality Ground Beef

Heartstone Farm Chicken Thighs

As with all of the other HeartStone poultry products these thighs were delicious. From the first time I ate any chicken from HeartStone Farm it tasted different than anything I could buy in the supermarket including the natural food stored, I would high recommend.

LOVE our first Heartstone box!

We are about three weeks into our first Heartstone Box and are loving the selections we chose! I was excited to be able to choose the Ancestral Blend ground beef with organ meats included in it, it was the first item we ate! It’s a fantastic way to get extra vitamins and minerals and make use of the whole animal, which is important to us. Farmer Dan included a sweet handwritten note in our package that meant a lot and speaks volumes of the values of their farm. I can’t say enough about the transparency of their farm model and regenerative practices. Already looking forward to choosing cuts for our next delivery!

Most amazing turkey!

Although I have always been a supermarket turkey shopper , I decided on a whim to order a turkey this year from Heartstone. Boy, was I ever surprised! The shipping was perfect - it arrived exactly on time and frozen hard as a rock. The bird I ordered was the "medium" size 14-16 lbs. It was every bit of 17 lbs. We unpacked it and put it directly into the refrigerator one week before Thanksgiving. I must say it was the best turkey we've ever had. I brined it overnite and roasted it at 350 for about 4 hours. Anyway you choose to season it , it will be delicious. I will definitely be a repeat customer and look forward to also trying some of the other products you offer!
