Greatest Sausage Bundle Ever!

The variety and quality of this bundle is without compare. I especially love the Chorizo as I grew up in So Cal eating Chorizo/Egg burritos for breakfast. Dark mustard and kraut go well with the rest for game day fare. Don’t hesitate to buy from Heartstone as all of their products are outstanding!

These chuck steaks are nice and thick, great flavor. A million times better than grocery store meat. I sear them mid-rare in a cast iron pan with salt and pepper just like I do a rib eye and they come out perfect. I love Farmer Dan and Heartstone Farm!!

Amazing Steaks

I have been ordering these steaks and other amazing beef from Farmer Dan for the last 2 years. I think these are the best grass fed rib eye steaks I have every had. My whole family loves them. The chuck steak was delish, it was perfect for my beef stew that I have been living off of during the cold winter in New England. This would be good for stewing, slow cooking, braising, or pot roasting! Thank you farmer Dan for all that you do.

Steak and cheese heaven

This was honestly the thing I was most excited to try from my first order, and I was not disappointed. Perfect for a steak and cheese sub.

Steaks were great. Everything was delivered still frozen and came out delicious. Ending up cooking along with a t-bone that came in the sampler box all was great. Will be ordering more in the future for peace of mind of feeding my family cleaner meat without all the additives of store bought junk meat pumped full of stuff.

I am a firm believer that we all need to deviate from the standard american diet and revert to a diet more in line with our environmental and evolutionary heritage, and that includes eating more organ meats. Grass Fed is the best!

I was really grateful to find out about Heartstone Farm through a neighbor. As a Organic Regenerative Ag Consult, I know the importance and value of Grass/Pasture raised meat. And I could not find Grassfed where I live. I also really appreciate that I had the option of a subscription or to purchase only what I needed. It really allowed me the freedom to not be sent way more then I could use. The Grass fed chuck roast and whole chicken I purchased were so flavorful and tender. There is such a difference in the quality from Heartstone farm then what you find in grocery stores. Meat was packaged beautifully and still frozen!

I am extremely pleased with my order from farmer Dan and the Heart Stome family. All items were vacuum sealed and came frozen solid. The card/letter that came with the box showed how much they value customer service. The grass-fed ribeye we tender and delicious. The ancestral blend (my personal favorite) was very flavorful and a great source of nutrients with 10% organ meat. The fajita blend made for some great tacos that I brought to a friends dinner gathering and the reviews of the meat were incredible. I look forward to my next shipment from Heart Stone and to become a long-term client.

I ordered the steak sampler as a test run! The meat was shipped on a Monday but due to a winter storm didn’t arrive until Thursday, and it was still frozen, so it was packed very well. The ground beef and the filet were delicious. The porterhouse was so good I ended up eating the bone. Paid for it the next morning but so worth it! 5 stars! I will be placing another order soon!

Arrived frozen solid and am very pleased with the delivery service. The packaging is convenient for opening up with scissors (although if there was a pull tab, so that I didn't need scissors that would be even better!). The beef tastes really good and is so much more convenient way to get my liver and heart.

. If you’re tired of wasting your money on tasteless beef you need to start spending wisely and the best way I have found to do that is to order from Heartstone Farms!!! I was making a casserole one day and after browning my beef I tasted it to check for seasoning and what I tasted was nothing…absolutely no flavor of anything whatsoever! We have been using this in place of regular ground beef in meat sauce, tacos, chili, etc. and you can’t even tell a difference, it is still just as delicious as Heartstone Farm regular ground beef! short ribs in the slow cooker

I put the short ribs in my crock pot with some sauce, left it on high for 4 hours. Just in time for playoffs. Tasted delicious. I can start to feel the difference eating farm raised over store bought. My mind feels sharper.

We ordered the Maine box to try out the meat from Heartstone farms after searching for a better meat supply. Regenerative farming techniques and proper care were important to us. After researching the farm we were ready to give them a try and they absolutely did not disappoint! Had our order next day shipped to our door. Freezer sealed and ready to be packed away. We have tried everything from the ground beef, steaks and the roast and have been amazed by the flavor and smooth texture. Everything has been so tender. One thing we noticed is we like to make our own tallow and when we did it with the fat from this beef, it was clear and not the yellow tint we have been used to from supermarket meat. The quality is absolutely above none. If you are looking for a local meat supply you can trust then make that order and don’t look back!

Heartstone farm has a great service and the beef they produce is excellent. I have only been a customer since this past year but can not say enough positive things about the whole business, Dan knows how to treat people and he surely knows how to grow a very good beef cattle.

Hanger Steaks!

The last time i got hanger streaks i didn't realize you had to trim out the center membrane. This time, with the help of a Youtube video, after trimming and a quick marinade followed by a pan sear and oven finish, we had some of the best steaks we ever ate! Juicy, flavorful and tender, definitely ordering a bunch more!
