This was soooo good! I brined it, then marinated it in a dry rub, and threw it on the grill. Moist, tender, and enough for 8 people with leftovers!

WOW... never had a Tomahawk Steak before ... followed the directions exactly. OK, it took a little longer than the directions stated but best steak ever!! Like cutting a bar of butter... we would probably cut back slightly on the salt, but otherwise stick to the directions exactly. I found my farmer! I have been super impressed with the quality, and service of Hearthstone farm. My order arrived fast, in superb condition with a handwritten note from Farmer Dan! I will be getting my bones and liver from them from now on.

We love the wings we get from Heartstone! The portion is always generous, meaty, and tasty. Our favorite way to prepare them is to marinate them in a dry rub for a while and then air fry them. Any kind of sauce goes great with them, but they taste great even without any sauce at all.

I purchased a small order, porterhouse, ribeye and pork chops, to try. I was very surprised at the freshness, quality and taste of my order. It arrived perfect. If you haven't tried them..you should! I will definately order from them again and again!

Very tasty and delicious. Also had the chicken tenders last night and my grandson almost ate the whole bag. Luckily I had fixed my plate first. Made shepherds pie with the Hamburg and was very tasty, not like the prepackaged who knows where it comes from in the grocery store.

My Husband and I have been very impressed with all of the beef and chicken. When I make and of the products my Husband always asks "Where id I get the meat or chicken."

The filet mignon was delicious and tender. However, I ordered four 6 oz steaks that I thawed and cooked at the same time but one steak was spoiled from of the package. The package wasn't vacuum sealed very well like the other three. Overall, the three we grilled were delicious.

The stew/kebab meats are great! A little large for stew so I cut them in half, but perfect sizes for kebab squares. They are tender and taste great. Will definitely be buying again.

I am extremely sensitive to food texture. Supermarket ground beef was far too often filled with gristle and other unpalatable things, so I stopped purchasing it, opting for substitutes like ground turkey instead. I had not cooked or consumed hamburgers at home for years, until this week - when I decided to try making them with the ground beef I received from Heartstone. The meat was perfect. It tasted great, and did not challenge my sensitivity to texture at all. Hamburgers are back on the menu.
