I used this ground beef to make hamburgers and a meat loaf and they both came out great..Real tasty and juicy.Will buy again

I had my first pork chops from Serendipity Farm a few nights ago. I brined them, before pan searing one side in a pan, then flipping them and finishing the cooking in the oven. Then I gave them a 5 minute rest before we ate them. They were really tender and very delicious. It was the best pork chop I've ever had. I've enjoyed the beef and chicken I have gotten from Heartstone, but this was my first taste of the pork they sell. I've had nothing but good experiences with Heartstone's service and their delicious products.

We overcooked it but it was still delicious!

The sirloin tip steak was the perfect combination of meat and fat. The grill brought out the flavors of the meat and crisped the edges of fat. I normally trim my steaks, but not this one, it was that good. The meat was tender and moist cooked medium well. The salt and pepper was the only seasoning needed. Better than any steaks I’ve ever had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two porterhouse steaks. Juicy and full of flavor. I am sure the rest will be just as good.

I hate to post a 5 star review because it hard to believe.1st time buyer ,I looked at probably 5 other farm raised sites and then took a chance.In part because of the special offer ,farm raised is expensive.My requirements have been met.The steak package has been excellent,maybe more than excellent.the texture of the meat is tender and consistent ,no gristle and better yet no aftertaste like liver ,you get with store meat and some online,maybe it's from feed lot feed.I'm just a one person family but I hope I can continue to save and enjoy later this year.

The pasture raised sausages and grass fed beef were absolutely delicious. I was looking for a healthy school lunch alternative for my 14-year-old, he absolutely loved it all. This mom will definitely be re-ordering again.

The taste was good on these but..........I ordered 2 of them and one had a good amount of meat on the bone the other had practically no meat so for my husband and I it was very small portions.

Was disappointed with the Delmonicos. They were not tender.

I am just beginning to get into my order and so far have sampled four different cuts. In order of preference: 1. filet mignon, 2. strip steak, 3. ground steak hamburger, and a distant 4. T-bone. In all cases the flavor was superior. I cooked them 2 - 3 minutes per side, depending, oiled and preseasoned.. Delicious. This product is best consumed Medium-Rare in my opinion. Keep up the good work. Tell Ethan he did a fine job packing my order!

These are a wonderful artisan dog that my friends have complimented quite often as I have had opportunities to share. They are all beef which I like. They don’t swell much like traditional dogs as you cook them so you know there are no additional fillers. They are a great choice and good flavor- not to disappoint- even better than the reds!

Tried the hamburgers I bought. They were really delicious. One suggestion. Would have enjoyed them better if they were quarter pounders. They were a little thin and cooked too fast. We like to see a little pink in the middle. So I couldn’t judge when they were done.

This is our first time and so far we are very happy. The packaging worked to keep everything frozen in record high temperatures. The meat we have eaten is delicious and tender. One thing I am very happy about is that the individual packages don't leak while being defrosted.

Since I bought their ground beef, it tasted far better than any ground beef, even grass-fed at supermarkets. Grass-fed kind from supermarkets had some tough clusters that I had to take out from my mouth, but no issues of theirs! So I keep ordering from Heartstone Farm!

Wonderful tasting meat, it was the best pork I’ve ever had! Unfortunately I had 1 minor and 1 major issue. First off I didn’t see anywhere where it mentions it’s a bone in. Maybe this is implied as all “Boston butts” are bone in? But it wasn’t obvious to me. Not a huge deal but good to know. The other more major issue with it was there were maybe 3 or 4 bone chips inside the meat that I had to spit out over the course of eating it during the week. This is kindof a major issue because you could easily break a tooth, not to mention it’s extremely unpleasant. I was surprised to see no other reviews mentioned this so maybe it was just a fluke? Minus the bone chips I would absolutely give this a 5/5 star review.

My order arrived frozen and packed well. The meat is vacuum packed, and fits nicely in my small freezer. Just had my first T bone steak last week. I put it in a simple marinade while I thawed it in the refrigerator and braised it in an iron pan on the stove top. It was tender and so delicious. The hot dogs are the best I've ever had. They could be called Heartstone sausages because the name hot dog doesn't do them justice. I've found my personal beef farmer and will be buying beef from Heartstone from now on. If you've never eaten farm grown beef, you are in for a new experience. Thanks for doing such a good job, Farmer Dan.

I have ordered from another company for years.....wanted to try another company who offers grass fed, and more local to my address. the first starter "Grill Box" I ordered for my son as a birthday gift. He got it in less than a week from order date to delivery in Western NY. He messaged me as soon as it arrived... Next day he grilled some burgers, leaving the rest for when his girl is over....his exact words.."If this is any indication how the steaks will be, for xmas, can you send me another order"....How fun is that??? I grew my boys up on next to nothing....but what we always shared was an awesome home cooked meal....so happy times are better now, and I can afford to send them what they will always remember.....a meal with love from MOM!!!!

Best bacon I’ve ever had! I cook it in the oven on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. It comes out crispy with a great flavor. My first order I ordered one pound. My second order I ordered two pounds.

I have received 2 orders from Heartstone. The first one was the grilling package and the meat was excellent. No comparison to the regular supermarket meat. I just received my second order of the special cut box and can’t wait to try the steaks. I’m sure they will be amazing.

I typically am not a huge hot dog fan but these come packed with flavor and you know you are eating natural beef and seasonings, not chemicals. Great for kids of all ages!

These steaks are so melt-in-your-mouth tender that even on the odd occasion where I'm distracted and cook one past the medium rare I prefer, it's still delicious and tender. And knowing the cows are not grain fed make such a huge difference to me. Healthy and delicious!
