I bought briskets through the Heartstone Farms $99 bundle sale. This was an amazing deal and the briskets were phenomenal! I smoked one last night and it was delicious! Tender and full of flavor. I will definitely buy these again.

I purchased the pork sampler along with some other items and it arrived very quickly and still frozen solid. Everything was sealed and packed well and I loaded it into my freezer. I was very pleased with the quality as I ate my way through the various pork items on how much better it tasted than what I am used to getting at the grocery store. Everything had a much more prominent flavor to the meat and it was really the star of the meals that I made. Will be ordering more for sure.

The ground pork was fabulous. Great flavor. We have loved all of the products offered. One disappointment with the pork chop is that it has one chop per package and that is unfortunate...that we would have to order another one just to make dinner. I would like to see them sold as the chicken breast is sold.

I received my meat box this week and I had a couple things in there that I hadn’t ordered before. One was the hamburger meat, the other was stew beef. I decided since it was a cool day I’d make beef stew for dinner. Something I make quite often in the winter. But farmer Dan, this is by far the best I’ve ever eaten. I couldn’t believe the flavor of the beef. It was excellent !! Tender, and tasty !! Thank you !

The bone in Pork chops were absolutely delicious. The fat content was nice and lean but still gave you just enough flavor. The bone in is perfect on the grill it allows the pork to be juicy and not dried out. The texture of the cooked meat was very tender. Some of the best chops I have ever had!

We've been extremely happy with both our beef and chicken shares. Its nice knowing that the meat we've received isn't pumped full of fillers and chemicals. It is juicy, flavorful and so much healthier. It may cost a little more than what you pay at the grocery store, but it is well worth the added cost.

Organic chicken liver is very hard to get Even if you would buy whole organic chicken, often liver would not be included Chicken liver is much tender than beef liver which is great for making beef liver pâté Chicken liver is essential for a baby food. We are making our toddler meals and he is getting that chicken liver since 6 months. If not fir organic option, it could not be possible at all So here is my review: either you are adult or a small kid, the benefits of organic chicken liver are brought to your table Here is my recipe for making just simple liver dinner which works as good for beef or chicken liver: Chop liver into small pieces and sauté with some onion and garlic in 345F to preserve all nutrients. Salt and spice to taste That is all. Simple taste great!

I was very disappointed in the product. The short ribs were mostly fat with little meat on the bones. I will probably not buy from this outfit again.

We had purchased from Heartstone Farm for my in-laws as a Christmas gift and they RAVED about the meat. So, we decided to buy a share for ourselves. So far, we've had burger patties and the T-bone steaks. Both have been phenomenal. The meat tastes fantastic with little to no seasoning required. Both the burgers and the steaks were juicy and flavorful. I think we will become regular purchasers of beef shares going forward. Way to go, Heartstone Farm!

I have always heard bad things about the taste of organ meats, so when I discovered that I should be eating liver to optimize my health, I was pretty apprehensive about the prospect. I did some research, and I am so glad that I found these livers from Heartstone Farm. They were packaged so thoughtfully, were super easy to thaw, and I didn’t really have to do anything to prepare them - they were already trimmed of any sinew and ready to go. I ended up pan frying them with some onions and they were honestly delicious. I will definitely be purchasing them again. I would highly recommend these for anyone new to organ meats!

We loved the way this sausage cooked with so much flavor and no grease! There was no unpleasant chewiness, just great texture! Definitely one of our favorite sausages we’ve had. I made a simple sheet pan meal with roasted veggies and the sausage was perfect with it. Five stars for sure!

The Heartstone Farm stew/kebab meat is delicious. If you've only bought stew/kebab meat from a supermarket, you don't know how good it can taste. The meat from Heartstone Farm is tender, juicy and full of flavor. I highly recommend it.

We just finished roasting our all beef dogs over an open fire on a beautiful fall day! As always, the flavor of the meat was amazing! We don't eat pork, so are always looking for natural or organic alternatives. Farmer Dan delivered! I slow cooked the brisket for 4 hours in the pressure pot and finished in the oven. Fork tender and rich flavor, my dad said it was the best meal he has ever had. The price per pound all said and done was so much more reasonable than the generic stuff at the grocery store and it is a hundred times more tasty.
