After shopping around a while for a wallbed, we came across Multimo during our research.  We are so lucky to have found this store.  The quality of their wallbeds is excellent and the prices are competitive.  But, even more importantly, Alex was very professional and helpful.  There was no sales pressure.  He always responded timely and honestly to all our questions and made the buying experience easy and pleasant.  He even made recommendations as to what mattress to buy. I purchased a new Murphy bed with side cabinet and a separate foldable table and have been very happy with my purchase. The product is very high quality and is anchored very securely to the wall. I researched for several months before purchasing from Wall Bed and Sofa and being able to see their product made a huge difference for me. I cannot say enough about the delivery and installation service from Multimo!! The guys were punctual, professional, and detail oriented. They took their time and every precaution to avoid making marks on the walls or floor. Before securing the bed to the wall, they made sure I was happy with the final placement. The wall bed was exactly like the specs and showroom sample. It arrived with a sleek grey and aluminum finish and was assembled perfectly by installation crew. It creates a den/ office that doubles as spare bedroom. The bed is queen size and very comfortable. The desk is roomy and the shelf perfect for photos.  We are very happy with product and comfortable recommending vendor to friends.  Much better designed and more comfortable than a pullout bed which is agony to sleep on.

Everyone from the sales rep to the tech rep and the installation team were fabulous. My install was tricky but the staff worked hard to make it happen, and succeeded. You can get the staff directly by phone and they call you back immediately.

Our whole process of purchasing a Murphy bunk wall bed from start to finish was enjoyable. It started with our meeting Alex at the Multimo store in Ft. Lauderdale. Very disapointed: 1. Delivery process: left behind huge palate 2. foam packing broken in many pieces with scraps blowing in the wind 3. The front of the bed came in three pieces which is not pictured as such. We expected better service and product from an European product. Would return it if we could.

We were looking for a Murphy bed in the Fort Lauderdale area and came across Multimo Beds. We spoke to Alex by phone then visited him in the showroom. He was great! Very informative and helped us decide on the right product for our space. He told us he was expecting the delivery in about 8 weeks and it was right on time. We had purchased the installation as well and so glad we did! Two installers showed up on time and prepared. They brought everything they needed to install the bed and protect my surfaces. They were clean, organized and very respectful. Before they began, we discussed placement and made sure everything cleared for opening. They worked efficiently and professionally. Love the Murphy beds modern beautiful design! The installation process was professional and very quick!!

Very High Quality Furniture that looks beautiful as well as being functional. It's very easy to raise and lower the bed and the action is smooth. My only negative would be that there is no self-leveling desk option for Twin Size beds. It was worth it for me to have Multimo install the beds but it looks someone with the time and some basic skills would be able to do it with another person helping.

We LOVE our installation! Do yourself a favor and purchase the mattress from Multimo. We were wrapping up a renovation and slept VERY comfortably on this bed for over a month. The couch is the perfect lounge couch and all of our guests are amazed at the super functionality with couch added to our office space!

Alex and his crew were great to work with! We would not hesitate to use them again in the future! The process was simple, communication was great and they helped us resolve some damage our electrician caused without question. Quality company!

We got my son's bunk bed at Wall Bed Place! Alex helped us figure out exactly that it would fit in our small space in NYC. It maximizes every inch! My son has uses used this bed for three years! When it needed a slight repair, the company sent out repairman right away and fixed it at no charge. Its been a wonderful experience having this bed in our apartment. Amazing experience all around. We were provided information up front about design ideas, bed size, what types of bed/furniture set up would work best based on our wall size, etc. once we ordered, someone was available to deliver and set up within a few days. I highly recommend you purchase the white glove service, it is worth the price! It is very labor intensive and considered more permanent furniture and they did a great job on making sure it was set up to perfection and everything worked properly. I was looking for a bunk bed for my kids that would save as much space as possible due to their small sized bedroom. I found this company via Google. We booked an appointment to see the show room (just FYI, the show room is really small and only had about 3-4 samples of beds. Also, there’s no store/company sign outside building so that gave us a little sketchy feeling). We wanted to see the Bel Mondo Twin Over Twin/Twin XL Bunk Bed Set but unfortunately, they didn’t have it as a floor sample. Elena, the representative of the company, was very helpful and nice. She answered all of our questions. It’s because of her honesty, kindness, and professionalism that we decided to make the purchase. Looking over the instruction manual, we decided to pass on the $700 white glove delivery. If you’re not good at IKEA instructions, I highly recommend paying the white glove service. The bed did take a while to come. We were told the bed was ready to ship in a few days to a week, but it actually took almost a month to come and the desk was delayed for two months due to damage during shipping. There were a few frustrating hiccups and challenges during this entire bed building project: First, the manual provided is not the exact instructions to the bed itself. We couldn’t build the bed right away because the hardwares for the upper bed were missing. So that delayed the project. Then the hardwares for the lower bed were incomplete and one of the bed pieces needed replacement due to damage during installation. So that delayed the project by another week or so. Then the company sent us the wrong replacement piece. On top of all that, every time we work on the bed, both my husband and I had to find time off from work because you really need two people since the bed is very heavy. So that delayed the completion of the project even more. I swear, Elena is an asset to this company because the amount of money I paid for this bed, we shouldn’t be going through all of this hassle, headache, and trouble. We really wanted to throw in the towel and return the bed at one point, but Elena helped us get everything straightened out and fixed. She was always responsive and polite and kind even when we were frustrated. We purchase the bed in April and we finally got all the parts we needed and completed the bed (it’s now June). Overall, we love the bed and the material feels high quality. The bed is HEAVY and definitely not flimsy like some beds from stores like IKEA or Amazon. The company itself needs to improve their packaging Quality and Control and organization. Without Elena, I would definitely rate this company way lower. I am giving this company 3 Stars for now. We are seeing how the bed holds up.

Could not be happier! From the moment we met with Zara at the show room right up to the installation, everything went so smoothly. Zara answered any questions or concerns we had immediately.
