This was perfect for our kids in our small beach apartment!

My daughter loves her cool murphy bed. It was a lifesaver on such a small room. And it has so much storage that this is all the furniture you need in a room. I would give it 5 stars if they included the installation, even at an additional cost. We did manage since we have 2 teenage kids, but some of the pieces are very heavy.

I had a very narrow delivery window for my order because I was moving and when the delivery company parked my goods for days and we understood we would not be able to make the deadline the sales team worked with me to have my goods delivered to my new address over seas. Cannot overemphasize how supportive they were and willing to help solve the issue. Thank you!

Got our vote of confidence! We bought the Compact Twin Sofa Bed and Cabinets Wall System. Upon making an online purchase we were assigned a sales rep to help us through the process. We were pleased and surprised when notified of this by email! Our sales Rep, "Alex" has been incredibly helpful with our questions and follow up. Our transaction is not yet fully complete (due to making a fabric/upholstery exchange that is still pending) but we have every expectation, based on all steps along the way so far, that this step will also go well. The delivery could not have been better; Alex was a big help in getting us through this as well. The packaging of the products/materials is exceptional. The quality of the unit is top notch. The engineering sensitivity that has gone in to the product and packing speaks for itself. These folks know what they are doing & are good at it. BTW, I am not a paid spokesperson-- just a very satisfied customer!!

Just like the picture and very sturdy! This bed fits together with precision. It does however take longer than the instruction estimate (240 min). I would say it takes 2 people about 6-8 hours each. That said the process is kind of fun. To put the top bunk on and attach the bottom bed you will need 2 men though because it requires strength as the pieces are heavy. A "spotter" is helpful to put the bottom on the shocks (hinges). When everything including a mattress is on it is perfectly balanced. Please be advised that the different hardware pieces do not come separated which would be helpful. Also the inventory in the instructions lists a few more pieces than needed if you follow the instructions. We almost did not want to start because of it, but it was all there. We made some "improvements" to the feet of the full size bed. In order to not damage our hardwood floors, we dipped them in plastic dip that is usually used for tool handles. Overall it is a nice sturdy bed, looks good and does not squeak. We currently are using the top bunk for storage until we need it for guests. Prior to delivery we contacted the seller a couple of times and they where very responsive. No regrets and we would buy it again.

Beautiful sturdy product.

The packaging of the item is so good it is guaranteed to have no issues on delivery. I was very impressed with the quality of the beds and the instructions. I was alittle nervous about ordering as I never heard of this company before. Because of the description I decided to take a chance. I have been so pleased with the cabinet trundel bed set that I ordered the bunkbed set for my other grandaughters. Again Excellent quality!!

The unit is fantastic. Love it for a very small space which is my daughter's room. Delivery was a little difficult as dropping a huge crate on the curb in NYC and then figuring how to get it upstairs was tough. They recommend two people, but you really need three and two should be pretty big guys. Working with representative Alex was great. He was accommodating and always available. They should open a store in NYC!!!!!

The bed is gorgeous with all the bells and whistles but very low to the ground. Delivery took over three months to receive all required pieces. If you have that time to build your room then it's for you.

I was very apprehensive to make such an expensive purchase online. So glad I did. The bed is perfect! Very well built and worth the price. Originally it was two months out but I ended up getting it in just a few weeks. The bed was not difficult to put together. The pieces weren't marked so I marked them with a dry erase and it made the process much quicker. It's very heavy and you need two very strong people to attach the lower bed.

Finding the right Murphy bed is not easy, I've been looking online and at retailers for some time - but the staff here made it a pleasure. Oleg was courteous and helpful with my needs. The selection is great, the quality is hotel tier. The bed will be used daily and there is no worry because the hardware is warrantied for 10 years. I selected the Bellezza murphy bed in queen and could not be more satisfied. They also took care of delivery. 10/10 I highly recommend the business.

This was an excellent transaction and experience from beginning to end. At first, being New Yorkers, we were cautious to buy online. But Multimo has weekly opportunities in NYC to show the bed system. They drove to our neighborhood and we met the owner and looked at the basic bed system. We ordered the whole unit: twin bed and wall unit. It arrived within 5 days of ordering. The two guys who came to set it up were ultimate professionals: they took about 6 hours to install the bed. It takes patience and precision. It was worth the extra charge. The bed is amazing and it really is a well-made, quality unit. We were truly both surprised with the quality and also with the superb service. We cannot be happier!

This set is awesome, high quality, ease of installation, shipment was perfectly packed and made for a smooth delivery. I loved this so much for my granddaughter that I purchased the Belmondo Grande for her younger two sisters. Alex was very easy to work with!

Excelent quality, easy to assemble and super practical bed. We use this t as a guest bed in our living room and couldn’t be happier with it.

Great sales service, and a really great product. We really love it. The only thing that I found really challenging, was the actual delivery of the product to our house (we live in a condo). The products we ordered arrived on very large pallets, and they were extremely heavy! And in my case once it got to the local delivery company they did not provide threshold delivery as we were expecting. We were very lucky to have delivery guys that were nice and were able to at least roll the pallet into our garage space. But overall experience was great, and the price and quality of the product are really amazing! I would definitely purchase from Multimo in the future.

I researched a wall bed for many months. In the end, I decided to buy it from Multimo because I got fantastic service from Yulia Basova. She's very patient, even on her day off, She still responded to my texts and emails. I almost purchased it from another company, but I gave up. No way you can get service like Yulia. We've loved everything about working with Multimo on our purchases. My daughter loves her bed, mattresses and sofa and we are pretty jealous because she has a cooler bed than we do!! :)

Alex was beyond helpful - he spent extra time explaining the instillation instructions and was very direct in timing of delivery. The bed looks as pictured, we haven't used it yet but looks just like the photos. The customer service is the best I've seen in online furniture!

The bed is gorgeous, as shown in the pictures. But it is VERY heavy and putting it together is by no means easy. It takes a lot of work and the instructions are difficult to follow. We also think that the bed is unnecessarily heavy, a problem in its design. All in all, it is not worth 3K. You can find other very similar bunk beds for half the price.

The team at Multimo made the refresh of my condo a breeze! I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and prompt service.

Excellent quality at an excellent price. Julia was extremely helpful and very sweet. What a great bed!
