Talk about service. The two men from Wall Be Place spent 6 full hours installing my bed and cabinets, leaving me with a beautifully transformed room and not a speck of dust behind.

Very disapointed: 1. Delivery process: left behind huge palate 2. foam packing broken in many pieces with scraps blowing in the wind 3. The front of the bed came in three pieces which is not pictured as such. We expected better service and product from an European product. Would return it if we could.

Could not be happier! From the moment we met with Zara at the show room right up to the installation, everything went so smoothly. Zara answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. The installers came on time, with the right tools and knew EXACTLY what they were doing. The bed itself is so easy to use and has really opened up space in our studio apartment. We purchased the mattress separately from Nectar. After years of looking for a Murphy bed, my only regret is that I did not do it sooner.

My family loved our new compact murphy bed! Thank you for the professionalism and quick response. It was a pleasure in working with your team.

Excellent service and bed is exactly what I wanted for a small second bedroom

Best sevice I ever received from anyone.

Had a custom Multi Wall bed installed and Alex and his entire team where communicative, helped so much with design ideas, highly responsive, could not be more happy with the outcome and how th room is transformed. Thank you Alex for your guidance!

Great experience. The bed is well designed; delivery and installation were flawless.

My name is Dennis Callahan, and I recently purchased a Wallbed with your company. Zari was extremely helpful with decision making, and the two guys who installed it, excellent. Thank you very much for the wonderful service.

Great product, quality, and service from the moment I step into the showroom, and all the way when the furniture arrived.

The queen size vertical wall bed we purchased is high quality, easy to pull down and put back up (even for a short, not too athletic person), and looks nice. We are so glad we bought it. We paid for installation, and the team was quick and efficient. Buying a Multimo bed was a great experience overall.

The reason other companies cannot compete is Wall Bed Place's bed sits higher than others- at about 18 inches. Then you can choose any mattress - in my case 8 inches thick - and also the bedding including pillows remains in place when you pack away the bed each morning. Thus no time or closet space is wasted. The hydraulic mechanism seems top quality and built to last for 50 years. This system is critical as the bed is quite strong and stable and heavy, despite being particle board. I also bought the sofa which is surprisingly comfortable. The two contractors that installed my bed were invaluable (and inexpensive) given that my wall is curved and floor uneven - they quickly found a solution to mount the bed to my brittle concrete wall and no one would be able to notice. I am glad I did not go bargain hunting as Wall Bed Place is well worth the money. My wife and I have been sleeping until 10 AM!

I normally can't be bothered to write reviews but my experience with the Wall Bed Place was so positive I feel like I must do it. My renovations took much longer than they should have and they held my bed for me until I was ready. Whenever I had a question either by phone or email they were available and got right back to me. When they came to install the bed the crew was excellent. O gpt calls and texts to know when they were coming, they worked quickly and cleaned up. 10 out of 10 rating!

Wall Bed Place provide me with a great customer service. When I had questions/issues, I either called or emailed them. I received responses within minutes. The installation for the bed was done very efficiently. Installers showed up on time and did a great job. When a part was broken, they ordered a part, showed up at my home as promised and repaired it quickly. Great service.

We own a completely customized wall bed with two side cabinets (both of which have a hanging wardrobe), custom LED lights in the nightstand area, reading lights, and LEDs above the bed. Additionally, the bed comes with a sturdy desk. This bed has transformed our third bedroom into a functional office/bedroom. The look and feel of it is elegant and classy. We consulted with Zara from start to finish, who was completely candid with us in every respect and also responded to every single email we had with many questions. Their website lists many options and it was hard to choose. She listened to us carefully and confidently guided us toward something we loved. In addition to her, Alex at sales who is based in Florida and Anastasia were excellent with responding to our questions in a timely manner as well, because we wanted something highly customized. The delivery/installation process was a little stressful as we live in a city building with specific rules and the bed took a while to install. But Zara and her team arranged for the installation team to come over a second day and complete the installation smoothly. The team headed by Jan/Yan knew what they were doing! They managed to expertly install the bed and demonstrate its capabilities before leaving. I recommend Wall Bed Place wholeheartedly. They are beginning to establish themselves in New York, their prices are decent given the many customizations, quality and finish/style they offer, and they really bend over backwards to make their customers happy. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipMIcwOqUV-K7Z5VqjgzEM-weN3_4GCEvZBSGmja=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNjkGISR77nBA_TpyAqktKWkTE9vGMpGWov_9x1=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipMeeQH20yTzPnJyCFP3W2Zl4NCntJkT-Pz08E89=w150-h150-k-no-p

This was an amazing company to work with for my queen size Murphy bed in my NYC Studio apartment. They helped guide me through what I needed from a desk, to shelves, headboard and even white glove service installation. They were even able to accommodate my small elevator. They were on time, excellent communication and the two guys who installed the bed were so helpful and kind. I can't say enough GREAT things about the quality and the people who helped me along the way!

Great high quality bed, installers were super clean and polite, highly recommended! Absolutely love it!

Wallbed place has a great product. I did my research on Murphy beds and I think they provide the best bang for the buck of the full service bed providers. It took a while to get due to supply chain issues but once the service was excellent. I highly recommend buying from them.

Outstanding product, outstanding service and outstanding installation. We could not be more pleased with our bed and with Alex and his excellent installers. There is no finer answer than to order a bed from Multimo with Alex and his team. We are so pleased to have found them and to receive such excellence in all respects as to our purchase.

I just purchased a full/xl wall bed. The end to end experience was great from purchase to installation. My sales representative followed on request, the scheduler did a great job arranging the delivery and installation, and the installers were on time and prompt with installation. It was a great experience all around.

Good quality product... I will have my Murphy bed in September 😁 I can't wait but patiently waiting It's now September 13 and I have my Murphy bed.... Super happy 😁. I will take pictures to show in the near future 😸

Multimo is, hands down, the BEST place to shop for a Murphy bed! Most Murphy beds are ugly, old fashioned and LOOK like there’s a bed in there. Multimo’s design is modern, unique and the quality of their mechanism is superior to any other out there! And my favorite part , you provide them a picture of your space and they will show you exactly what you will get. That makes all the difference. My husband and I are pretty picky and we were blown away by this company. Highly recommend them

Love the Murphy beds modern beautiful design! The installation process was professional and very quick!!

We are so happy with our bed! Murphy beds are expensive and we were nervous about the investment. While this bed was a little pricier than others you can buy online, the quality, design input and customization, professional installation, and customer service we received was 100% worth any additional costs. Highly recommend!

Very High Quality Furniture that looks beautiful as well as being functional. It's very easy to raise and lower the bed and the action is smooth. My only negative would be that there is no self-leveling desk option for Twin Size beds. It was worth it for me to have Multimo install the beds but it looks someone with the time and some basic skills would be able to do it with another person helping.

I bought the Royal Queen from WallBedPlace and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Zara and support provided by Alex. First, I was told by some other sellers that it would take 3 months to receive the wall bed I wanted (some of the other ones were not Multimo). I visited the NYC location (easy setup), where Zara told me they had a shipment coming in the following week, and she and Alex coordinated immediately, and within a few days of the container arriving Zara told me they had the product I wanted. The product was delivered a week or two later, with Zara keeping us apprised of the status along the way. Second, I set the bed up myself, but needed some troubleshooting from Alex (I'd recommend talking to him first before setting up the bed). He was always available, and very, very helpful. Based on the customer service experience, I will definitely be buying from them again!

I absolutely love my wall bed and appreciate the support this company provided! The sales team and Alex spent a lot of time with me to help me select the best option for me. Ordering and delivery were seamless. The delivery team did an excellent job and problem solved to ensure my bed was secure. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Also, my mattress is super comfortable and the bed blends like high-end furniture in my place.

Our whole process of purchasing a Murphy bunk wall bed from start to finish was enjoyable. It started with our meeting Alex at the Multimo store in Ft. Lauderdale. Alex was great to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very accommodating. We also purchased the white glove installation. Very glad we did. The two installers, Peter and Dima were very courteous and professional installers. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. Made sure we were happy with the beds and installation. The bunk beds look great and are very well made. Great quality and workmanship. We are very happy with our purchase and we are sure that our grandchildren will be thrilled to sleep in their new beds. We definitely would recommend Multimo Beds to anyone looking for Murphy beds.

I love my new furniture from Multimo. It looks great and quality of the furniture is amazing. I was very pleased with the service they provide, and assembly. Great company. Thank you! :)

I had a fantastic experience! We were very impressed with the quality and professionalism in the NYC showroom- that really won us over. Delivery was within 3 weeks. The delivery and assembly by their team was quick and easy. I was most concerned with the fact that their pieces are made of compressed particle board. However, when you look at the material up close and feel it, you can see it's very sturdy and looks great in any room. Their communication was flawless throughout the process. We are very happy with our Murphy Bed and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Excellent overall experience. From the online sales (via email) that was very prompt and helpful, to the delivery/installation team, which are actual experts and did a fantastic job (totally worth the extra installation fee), to the product itself which is very well made and very nicely designed. These bed are definitely modern and minimalist, which is hard to find at this level... I would highly recommend Multimo.

Ordered the corner twin bed with storage. We had an issue when the product was shipped (the shipping company), but Lana worked with us to resolve it. Thank you!

My multimo bed is a life changer for me! I recently downsized to a studio apt and it has made my space extremely comfortable. The staff at the showroom, especially Zara & Anesthesia were just great, answered my many questions and replied to me very quickly. The installers were professional and accommodating. It is one of the best purchases I ever made in my life !

The process of picking out our products was good. The units look great. The guys that did the installation were polite, efficient and proficient.

The team at Wall Bed Place were a pleasure to work with from the showroom to delivery to after sales service. My bed has exceeded expectations and my only regret is not ordering the bed sooner!!

Product was delivered as ordered, delivery time was speedy and installation was efficient.

Communication was top notch. They had to deal with a lot of challenges with my building and handled it flawlessly. They provided the COI and moved installation dates for me multiple times to accommodate my delays with other pieces of furniture. Opt for installation as it was fantastic (worth every penny). To get it installed properly is so important.

Ordered the bed a while ago and due to the supply issues it took quite some time to get it... but then again I had custom colors, so it's ok. Overall it was worth the wait, it's very convenient, saves tons of space and looks good in our apartment.

The quality, support, and service of this company are fantastic! Great item, delivery, and great quality. Better than the pictures!

Excellent service, excellent quality beds, and incredibly fast and easy installation with white glove service. I would highly recommend Wall Bed Place for your net Murphy bed.

We are very satisfied with our Murphy bed. The welcome outside of our meeting went well and the seller immediately put us at ease. He is very good at explaining the product. The installers did a very good job. They were polite and respectful. We recommend this product.

Very high quality furniture, very pleased with Alex communication that helped throughout the process of: showing product in the showroom, making exclusive render to help us choose exactly what we want, and shipping and assembling the wall bed, sofa and a bookcase. As for the assembly team, they were great! On time, clean very professional! And they listen to every whim of us, like where to put the bed or the bookcase before finally mounting it to the wall. After the assembly the room was even cleaner than before!! All in all the whole process was as easy as it could be with furniture, all thanks to the MultimoBed stuff!!! https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNbyqlaA7N_g4LPSNHmQrQnt9NIksvwoliYOTW3=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNjPuURMTOVXfV89ZbeQtkDIoeP2ZePN5xzme7m=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNbyqlaA7N_g4LPSNHmQrQnt9NIksvwoliYOTW3=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNjPuURMTOVXfV89ZbeQtkDIoeP2ZePN5xzme7m=w150-h150-k-no-p

I just got our Multimo bunk bed! My son is ecstatic! The quality of this bed is solid and well made! The design is amazing and fits in a small New York bedroom and actually sleeps 3 comfortably. Dealing with the owner Alex has been such a pleasure! He worked directly with me with measurements and making sure the bed fit perfectly in my space. Alex was always available via phone, text and email. The delivery men with Slavia in the lead were knowledgeable about the product, friendly and precise. They spent extra time with rearranging some furniture and went over and above! My friends have seen our unit and are amazing how awesome it looks! I highly recommend Multimo for many designs of the coolest beds and units! Thank you!
