Multimo Murhy Bed is certainly a quality product and looks fantastic installed. Vlad & Alex were professional and extremely cautious with the installation. They both were very respectful and hard working. The finished product beat every other murphy bed company - period. Thank you Multimo Beds - you can find cheaper but not better. You get what you pay for - you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a new Murphy bed with side cabinet and a separate foldable table and have been very happy with my purchase. The product is very high quality and is anchored very securely to the wall. I researched for several months before purchasing from Wall Bed and Sofa and being able to see their product made a huge difference for me. The gentlemen who installed the products were very professional and kept the area very clean. I would strongly recommend as this is a very high quality product and company.

We are incredibly happy with our Murphy bed/couch. (It is a horizontal queen.) Alex is amazing! His service and support are stellar. He spent a great deal of time and effort to help us choose the right bed and supplemental items. He came by my house multiple times to make sure he understood our needs and was recommending the right thing. He knows his stuff. And the quality of Multimo products is top-notch. We visited two other Murphy bed stores and neither compared to Multimo. Our bed/couch is sleek, modern and beautiful. We have received many compliments. Without it out, our small efficiency apartment would not have worked. And I know that Alex will be there to support us whenever we need after-sales support. No need to look any further, folks - Alex and Multimo are the right choice.

Great experience!! Worked very fast and carefully.

We are very satisfied with the product purchased. After a year and a half of use, we had an adjustment to make on our Murphy bed and the technician came and we were not charged any charges. We see all the professionalism of this company .We are more than satisfied with this product. This is a product that I would recommend to everyone. Good quality, good resistant, product and exemplary finish and after-sales service is very reliable.
Thanks a lot Multimo!

We looked many places before deciding on Multimo. What a good choice. They helped us plan the best use of our space, find the right components and helped with everything! The pieces arrived (yes, there is a wait) but it was worth it to get exactly what we wanted. Sales and installers were top notch... listened and made great suggestions to make everything just right. We sincerely thank and recommend them!

Such an excellent experience - from being able to see the options in the showroom to the quick and easy installation! Zara was incredible helpful, responsive, and dedicated to finding the right solution for me. The two man installation team were wonderful - professional and efficient. Overall, possibly the best experience I have ever had with a purchase of this size!

Took a while to finally get my bed in due to the flooding in nyc, but I am very happy with this bed! Exactly what I needed and the workers who installed it were very quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

.

Everyone from the sales rep to the tech rep and the installation team were fabulous. My install was tricky but the staff worked hard to make it happen, and succeeded. You can get the staff directly by phone and they call you back immediately.

The bed is of excellent quality, easy to assemble, and extremely practical. We use it as a guest bed in our living room and are extremely satisfied with it.

A really great small business! The team at Wall Bed Place was incredibly hands on and supportive. My client had a lot of questions and they were always impressively fast to answer and help guide. The product itself looks and operates great! I'm already recommending them to another client looking for a similar small space solution.

Had a fruitful meeting with Alex D during the sales process.  His use of CAD system really helped create the vision of the final product and pricing was of good value in comparison to other systems I looked into. Installers were on time and very pleasant to have around.  They did an excellent job, very clean and very diligent on following all the details.  Kudos to the lead installer (also Alex) and his colleagues for doing a great job for Multimo.

Amazing experience all around. We were provided information up front about design ideas, bed size, what types of bed/furniture set up would work best based on our wall size, etc. once we ordered, someone was available to deliver and set up within a few days. I highly recommend you purchase the white glove service, it is worth the price! It is very labor intensive and considered more permanent furniture and they did a great job on making sure it was set up to perfection and everything worked properly. I would highly recommend ordering through Multimo!

We LOVE our installation! Do yourself a favor and purchase the mattress from Multimo. We were wrapping up a renovation and slept VERY comfortably on this bed for over a month. The couch is the perfect lounge couch and all of our guests are amazed at the super functionality with couch added to our office space! Alex and his crew were great to work with! We would not hesitate to use them again in the future! The process was simple, communication was great and they helped us resolve some damage our electrician caused without question. Quality company!

The wall bed was exactly like the specs and showroom sample. It arrived with a sleek grey and aluminum finish and was assembled perfectly by installation crew. It creates a den/ office that doubles as spare bedroom. The bed is queen size and very comfortable. The desk is roomy and the shelf perfect for photos.  We are very happy with product and comfortable recommending vendor to friends.  Much better designed and more comfortable than a pullout bed which is agony to sleep on.

Great customer service and very professional. We love the service and our Murphy bed! Definitely recommend this company.

I recently purchased a Murphy bed online from Multimobeds, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Multimobeds and their sales person, Alex, provided exceptional service. The online ordering process was seamless and user-friendly. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed by Alex, who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When the bed arrived, I was impressed by the careful packaging and the quality of the product. The assembly instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. Even without the in-person assistance, Alex's support and guidance throughout the process made it a breeze. Alex followed up after delivery to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and to address any post-installation queries I had. I highly recommend Multimobeds for their top-notch online purchasing experience and exceptional customer service.

Super professional, impeccable service. Managed all aspects of the job. As an Interior Designer, this is the level of workmanship I am use to. Raffaele and Alexander are STARS! This was a dual state project without Zara in NYC - available to meet, provide samples, images, paperwork, and available day of installation - (me flying to Florida) - this project would NOT have been successful! In this day of technology, with companies moving away from verbal customer service , this designer would strongly look to this company over and over again. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipOdSQXpSqGbWDe13x4kzlsz_qj5AgSTbXWlDB-l=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipN8UoCmhLcrgzYXr1_HmgCpJ3eFRgnMCb9I58Sb=w150-h150-k-no-p https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/p/AF1QipNkTrVjytRo7F6npbGo32XlSJYeLp1IPv99sbuM=w150-h150-k-no-p
