I just got our Multimo bunk bed! My son is ecstatic! The quality of this bed is solid and well made! The design is amazing and fits in a small New York bedroom and actually sleeps 3 comfortably. Dealing with the owner Alex has been such a pleasure! He worked directly with me with measurements and making sure the bed fit perfectly in my space. Alex was always available via phone, text and email. The delivery men with Slavia in the lead were knowledgeable about the product, friendly and precise. They spent extra time with rearranging some furniture and went over and above! My friends have seen our unit and are amazing how awesome it looks! I highly recommend Multimo for many designs of the coolest beds and units! Thank you!

Overall the whole experience was pretty good. Assembling queen size wall bed was definitely not a simple task for me just because I had limited space to work with, and definitely you need a second pair of hands at certain steps. I had Alex on the video call to help me out as my bed was standing little bit farther from the wall than the bracket was supporting. He was very helpful. I can surely say that customer service is excellent. I did have some dilemmas about certain assembling steps. You have to match the picture and look for the details of what goes where. In some steps some screws were not pictured, so I have to use deduction and some logic. I would give 7 of 10 for clarity of the instructions. Either way, the quality of materials is very good, packaging was very good. The lifting mechanism is smooth and works very well. My bed has a white surface and we covered the front by a 'wall mural' to make a nice appearance.

While there was some hick up on my wall bed (not closing properly), customer service is extradionary and try to help me solve the problem via video chat. Technician came to ultimately resolve the problem. Very satisfy with the service and the product.

I have been soooo excited to receive my bed wall. To be honest, I've wanted one for decades. The bed took awhile to get to me due to COVID19 and the sales people were great about communicating with me to get it delivered. The delivery and build out was soooo fast and efficient. I was very impressed. Now that it's here, I LOVE IT!!!. It's so easy to put down and put away. I love my cabinet too. I have so much space to use... currently for my sheets and pillows and workout, now everyday clothes. I am waiting for the couch and ottoman now. Once those two pieces arrive I will be in new apartment heaven!!!

Very Happy with product and service

The Wall Bed has a fine finish, was well built, firmly attached to the wall, and has been a pleasure to sleep in (and tuck away) daily for the last couple months I've had it. Getting the delivery and installers coordinated took a bit of patience but with Alex's help it was a great experience overall. I love how the sofa looks, too!

Beds arrived several days later than expected - with one being temporary lost among inter-state shipping companies - and even further delayed. Paid for 2 installers which was well worth the expense.

This was an excellent transaction and experience from beginning to end. At first, being New Yorkers, we were cautious to buy online. But Multimo has weekly opportunities in NYC to show the bed system. They drove to our neighborhood and we met the owner and looked at the basic bed system. We ordered the whole unit: twin bed and wall unit. It arrived within 5 days of ordering. The two guys who came to set it up were ultimate professionals: they took about 6 hours to install the bed. It takes patience and precision. It was worth the extra charge. The bed is amazing and it really is a well-made, quality unit. For example, I was worried about how the bed packages would be configured when they arrive (questioning if I would be able to handle them on my own, or if I would need another person to help). The delivery went smoothly (through the shipping company they hired) - only a few of the packages required more than one person to manage them, and at most 2 people were needed - and none of the pieces were damaged, and we had no missing parts. There are quite a few parts (bolts and nuts, etc.). It took 2 of us (one who is used to making cabinets) about 5 hours to put this twin sized murphy bunk bed together (that is 2 beds that fold up into the wall). So it is some effort; the instructions could use some additional details, but the company is so responsive that everything can be figured out.

My son (7) loves his new bed. And we love it too. It's a really sturdy build, was relatively easy to assemble and looks like it can withstand a gaggle of kids playing and messing around. We are also very happy with the exceptional service we have received from the sales team.

The process was a breeze from start to finish. We ordered an in-stock model and it shipped when the company said it would ship. Delivery was professional and friendly as was customer service. While the installation took some time, the instructions were easy to follow and totally worth the effort to have a family member, who is a contractor, install the bed. The quality of the cabinetry & mechanisms are top-notch, it's sturdy, well made & and it looks great! We've gotten tons of compliments and those who have slept on it said it was comfortable. NOTE: we used our own mattress. I would definitely recommend Multimo to friends, and in fact, already have. Totally worth the price and I know we will use the horizontal wall bed for a long, long, time.

Good product at some of the more affordable prices for this kind of modern Italian design space-saving furniture. This brand delivers on the looks and functionality but also incorporates quality components to ensure long term satisfaction. Multimo offers longer term 0% financing through cooperating banks which helps quite a bit with making the purchase possible, that is in fact the only way I could afford it. The owners are very pleasant, true to their word, and will try to help you get what you need. They have an excellent installation crew (shout out to Demi and Carlitos) which is often where these kinds of transactions go sideways so nothing to worry about here. For additional peace of mind Multimo offers a decent warranty which means they stand behind their product, to them reputation matters -- hopefully I will not have to use it. If you need this type space-saving solution Multimo provides it with the same quality and better service than other pricer outlets.

I absolutely love my wall bed. It doubles as a desk/makeup table and a guest bed. It did take a long to set up, almost a whole day with two men working. However, once set up it is really easy to pull up and down, and the cute wall shelves allow for extra storage and decoration. It's great for all ages - we have had a six year old, and a 72 year old sleep on it as a guest.

Far exceeded our expectations. The installed bed is beautiful and the installers did a wonderful job.

My daughter loves her cool murphy bed. It was a lifesaver on such a small room. And it has so much storage that this is all the furniture you need in a room. I would give it 5 stars if they included the installation, even at an additional cost. We did manage since we have 2 teenage kids, but some of the pieces are very heavy.

I had a very narrow delivery window for my order because I was moving and when the delivery company parked my goods for days and we understood we would not be able to make the deadline the sales team worked with me to have my goods delivered to my new address over seas. Cannot overemphasize how supportive they were and willing to help solve the issue. Thank you!

Beautiful sturdy product.

Alex was beyond helpful - he spent extra time explaining the instillation instructions and was very direct in timing of delivery. The bed looks as pictured, we haven't used it yet but looks just like the photos. The customer service is the best I've seen in online furniture!

The bed is gorgeous, as shown in the pictures. But it is VERY heavy and putting it together is by no means easy. It takes a lot of work and the instructions are difficult to follow. We also think that the bed is unnecessarily heavy, a problem in its design. All in all, it is not worth 3K. You can find other very similar bunk beds for half the price.
