We submitted our application and then were asked for proof of income. Every time my wife tried to enter it on your website it was never sent through. She finally emailed it and was told it was received. At this point my wife was very busy so I took over the phone calls. We had many phone calls from a Johnny but EVERY time I called him back all I got was voicemail. I left several messages. I recently called your company to see what was going on and was told we had to start all over again and resubmit an application. Since I only heard from Johnny once and could never get him to call again we feel it is unfair to have to start all over again.

Overall a pleasant and seamless experience. I was weary but I'm glad I reached out and took a chance with OpenRoad. Personally I went from a 18.5 to 12% rate which has given me a much needed savings of $150/month! I'll continue to clean my credit but would definitely recommend to anybody looking to save on their high interest loan.

The service offered by ORL was nothing less than exceptional. Very fast and smooth transition. The representatives kept me informed in terms of the process. If I had to do it all over again, without hesitation, I would. I had been trying for months to redo my vehicle and I tried ORL and they were able to get me an interest rate for half of what my original lender Financed me for.

I was not happy with the process was told different amounts for my car payment and the paperwork did not support what was said.Was told my paperwork was sent out via UPS and did not reothe paperwork had to talk to another person she send it out via email.The process took even longer
