Though the actual loan part was great, the person that handled my loan was a major deal breaker. I asked to work with someone else numerous times but my request was ignored every time, even after speaking to a supervisor. If timing was not an issue I would have surely gone with a different company.

The agent who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, when i had to call a couple of times the other agents were very unprofessional and definitely not customer service oriented. Maybe because I wasn't "their" customer. Either way, it has an impact on every consumers experience, they are a representation of your business. Also, I was informed this would be a positive impact on my credit. False, days after the refinance went through my Transunion score dropped 81 points! Did not even know that was probably. Over all not the best experience, but not the worst.

I didnt understand how my ballance is much higher now. Would someone please explain how this is correct. I thought th payoff would be lower than the ballance. PS as of today all my questions have been answered. I am very satisfied with service that was provided to me. I would like to bring to your attension Ms Cece. I was originally offered a little over 11% but after I completed my paperwork, I was informed that the interest rate was over 13%. I declined to proceed any further. I was later contacted by the same Representative stating that I could refinance after 6 months. I decided to work with Openroad Lending. Unfortunately, I was never informed about who refinanced me or any other details with regards to the loan or what to expect. When I received correspondence from the company about my first payment, it happened to be the very company I did not want to do business with. I should've waited a few more months to refinance with my credit union. Needless to say, I learned a valuable lesson. Shame on me.

Communication started out great. Then towards the end it wasn't as great. I was not informed who my new lender would be. Also I wasn't notified when the payoff check was sent out. I got my questions answered after I inquired. Communication needs to be great all the way through.
