Best experience ever!!!!! It took couple days to refinance my car. Everything was done by email, fax and mail.

At no point during the process was I informed openroad is a 3rd party vendor for other Banks. I started receiving letters from numerous lenders regarding my recent application. Also, it a long time for my documents to process after I sent them. All in all, they were able to lower my monthly payment but they also extended my payment term, so it is a wash in the long run.

All was good overall but they didn't notify me when check was mailed or amount mailed to finance

I wanted to refinance, and Open Road Lending sounded good to me. I contacted them via e-mail and sent them the information they asked for. I work, and do not always have access to my phone, but the very next day I was playing phone tag with Ms Mulligan. I ended up talking to four different agents, and they were all friendly and knowledgeable, and each one of them was able to answer my questions and keep the loan process moving. It actually took me a week to get an approval for a new loan, but several days of that were on me, as I failed to provide all the paperwork in a timely manner. In all, the experience was a good one. Fast, simple refinance with a reputable lender (Wells Fargo)...Would refer others to them without reservation.

I was not aware that OpenRoad Lending was actually acting as a broker to refinance my Car Loan so it should have been clearer the role that they would play. After I had started the process I did my research online, which I know I should have done prior to starting the process, the reviews online were not kind but I had already started the process. All that being said, my experience was actually seamless and was fairly quick, my loan was approved and paid off within a 2 week period of starting the process and Wells Fargo Dealer Services was the new loan holder. They lowered my rate from 11.65% to 6.39% and lowered the monthly payment but they extended the term to 60 months but there is no prepayment penalty so I will continue with the same payment and payoff the loan early and still save hundreds of dollars. To summarize this review my experience was flawless but I had read that some people who had received the same mailer did not have a good experience and were not able to get approved.

We are always really skeptical about companies wanting to " save you money " ....We figured it would be a very long process and forms after forms after forms.. This is NOT the case with Open Road .... Yes of course there are some forms to print scan sign and email back and about 2 to get notarized... No big deal at all... A lot less then we thought.. Within a month maybe less we were all finished and our INTREST rate as cut in half ! Saving almost 50$ a month and still the same length of time of the loan..We could have saved a lot more per month BUT the loan would have been longer.. So it's great you have your choice !! Check them out !! They do great work for you... You not be sorry..

When I would call Doug Ferrari he would not return my calls, I would have to talk to his associate, even on his voice mail he said he would return calls within 2 hours, that never happened.

It took a long time and there were a few hassles along the way but in the end it tuned out fine

4 stars because there was a lot of back and forth - resigning paperwork. Not all ducks appeared to be in a row. But all in all it got done and I was happy with the results.

Received the first offer in the mail....mildly interested but was content dealing with excessive interest loan...which I had been making double payments on in the first place.....the next offer shows up and I am think "what is the catch"? I turn to google and if anything ever goes wrong people Google about how badly they were treated.....some good some bad blah blah.....I go to open's web page and start the process....bam quick response! It's a Friday afternoon and there are a few faxed pages and copies of insurance and license.....was exciting at the time....but in the back if my mind I am thinking about identity theft and all kinds of bad things happening----i am envisioning being played for a fool- My Open Road contacts are assuring me that everything is secure and that all is well....A few days go by and I receive rejection letters from Wells Fargo and another bank even before all of my open road paperwork has been received.....Alarms are going off again....but I am reassured that my info is secured and that my interest rate on my offer is fine....and that my paperwork is in the hands of the loan department.....I think 6 days go by and I figure either one of two things has happened.....either I do not qualify for the loan in the original offer....or I have been scammed and now some Nigerian Prince' is running around racking my credit report lol---then the email arrives and says everything is approved and a payoff check has been sent to previous lender here is your tracking info......Wow! Shocked and surprised.....still waiting for something to go sideways with the deal...received new payment instructions from new loan and just verified that old loan did indeed get paid off.....couldn't be more pleased---the short answer is If your in a bad financed deal and you get the offer from OpenRoad.....it's legit.....it's worth spending some of your time looking into it.......would rate them as 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that most 5 star ratings are usually bogus.

Over all getting the load wasn't to hard. Paper work was kind of confusing but after two or three try's we got it done. At first phone calls wasn't being returned but than that got better as well. I would recommend them if you wanting to refinance your car.

Was advertised 3 points lower at end was .25 percent lower, don't expect much from them and you will not be disappointed. Also agents hard to reach and make mistakes delaying closing and more drawn out then when I purchased my home, never in all my years had to fill out so much paperwork for a car loan.... never again
