About three weeks ago I purchased the PVC ID cards and "M" Tray from Brainstorm, only to discover that the Tray would not operate correctly with model of printer that I purchased. I contacted Brainstorm and not only did they send me the correct Tray they did this gratis. In addition now that the Tray changed they need to redo the instruction and settings on the printer. They helped me every step of the way, even so much as to use a screen sharing app that allowed them to correct everything remotely. Not only will I buy from them again, I'll be sure to spread the word about their helpful attitude and genuine concern.

Was skeptical at first. I got my M tray and my inkjet 30 mil cards very quickly. Took a few hours to create my design, and had perfectly printed cards in minutes! I just followed the online videos and read instructions. Easy Peasy! Perfect on the first pass. First thing I did was touch the print and it didn't smudge! Life long customer from now on. Oh! customer support answered all my pre purchase questions very quickly as well. Thank you!
