items arrived in a timely manner, everything i ordered was in package, will be ordering again soon

Never recieved laminates. Tracking number says left at mail area but there was nothing there. Dont understand why they would leave it outside in a 60+ unit building, if it easily fits inside the mailbox. Or why they didnt at least leave it at my door...

Quality product competitive pricing and easy people to work with.

Perfect system, perfect support, all for 200. We could not be more satisfied.

Customer service and delivery of mother laminator and cards excellent!

the ordering was quick and painless and the new printer was easy to setup

Product works amazing! So happy that I purchased from this company. I will be sure to recommend to others!

my package was said to arrive in under 7 days and it is already the 7th day, should i be concerned? is there anyway i can track my package?

Very fast response to my questions. Shipping was speedy and free. Now I just have to figure out how to set everything up to start printing on the ID Cards.

The Teslin paper isn’t perforated very good and it would either tear in the printer or come out uneven. The laminator broke on it’s very first use. Terrible customer service as well

Great product and timely shipping will order from again!! Print looks amazing. Did a test last night and love it.

Love your inkjet PVC cards!

Exceptional service as always! Brainstorm is my #1 goto supplier for all my needs!

When I went to order my supplies that I needed Through Amazon iwas told that it would take 3weeks before shipment which ment that I would take 4to5 weeks from from when I placed My order. Not so with you guys .I got what I needed now in a couple of days. Thanks " You'll definitely will be hearing from me again

Brainstorm did absolutely amazing. I had issue with an error on the purchase due to no fault of the company but I reached out to them through email and received a quick response back and the issue was handled quickly. So glad I bought from this company and so happy I had a great customer service interaction.

Products produce great images when printed on. NFC tag works excellent and haven't received any errors when writing or scanning tags. Jonathan is great with keeping communication open during pandemic on supply any reorders.

Great customer service, product works as advertised

Fast and friendly service. They communicated well throughout the entire process, even when an item was back ordered.
