Direct and Easy communication regarding my loan, I'd only wish I didn't have to take out so much in student loans.

I think it would be helpful to link resources on how to start paying for private loans even before they are due•I’ve had an excellent experience talking with costumer service over the phone! However, asking questions by email has been inconsistent and I either get an email back way later than expected or I have to resend an email after not receiving a response at all. Other than that, the process for applying is straightforward and user friendly!

There were a few glitches but thankfully were quickly resolved. All of the customer service representatives who I spoke with were very helpful and patient with my concerns and questions. Overall, a very good experience.

We are very pleased with how the process went. We were first time borrowers last year, with a second loan this year. We called with questions and the staff was always polite and explained everything to us. A big plus at a time when taking student loans out is stressful.

Rate was good, but processing of the loan process took forever. Online said we had submitted everything, On the last day to processes that paperwork, requested something else and the last day again something else. Continually requesting more items, which if asked we could have submitted on day 1
