Edvestinu has been our loan service provider for the past 1.5 years. They have always been responsive to inquiries and have processed the loans when promised. My complaint is with Credible and how they did not give accurate information when I applied for the loan. My recommendation is to apply directly with Edvestinu and skip the 3rd party. BTW - Edvestinu always has the lowest interest rates compared to other loan servicers.

My only problems I had were getting in touch with someone to speak to when I first was looking into the loan companies details. It took a lot of time for someone to get back to me at first, but since then it has been way better.

The process was easy to start and complete. I cosigned for my daughters loan and the application process was smooth. The ability to upload the documents and see the status was convenient. The rates were favorable and overall the process was worth the small amount of time to complete.

My son has been using EDvestinU for two years now. He and I have shopped around both years and we always were coming back to EDvestinU with the best rate and flexible payout years. They were one of the few that also gave .05% percentage decrease incentive for paying interest while in school and .05% decrease incentive if the payments are put on automatic pay. The support customer service each time we called was also first class.

Process was easy but not without complications. I found myself calling for status or direction more than envisioned. Disbursement took 20 days longer than expected.

Some issues e-signing and uploading documents, but otherwise smooth and easy.
