Too many repetitive and unclear emails. Lack of clarity regarding the lender vs. the school’s duties. Far too much time spent trying to correct a misallocation of the disbursed funds. Fairly surly phone representative who didn’t seem to care about my issue and how it could be addressed. Overall, not a great experience.

The service was easy and painless. Disbursement went well.

My previous company has still not received the money, I am currently paying double interest and am more than likely going to have to pay both companies this month. I refinanced because I am a new homeowner and wanted a little more breathing room. They offer no solution, except to just wait.

Too complicated. Should have had all my info on file and should have only needed a signature. If I haven’t changed jobs ,why would I have to submit another copy?

I found the process of sending documentations irritating, I sent sensome 2 or 3 times before it showed on your end that they were received. Other then that it was ok.

Working to find a loan for school was all about comparing rates. Edvestinu had the best rate for our co-signed loan. We were kept informed through the entire process. They offered the best rate, the best payment offer for interest payments during school. We did not want to do a parent loan, been there done that with older son. We would recommend Edvestinu
