Super long time to close, many revisions and a ton of paperwork for what should be a simple loan process. High credit scores, low debt and still had to supply personal references, for a small loan amount. Really?

I am pleased with the service provided. The patient wait between acceptance and disbursement is a slight challenge.

Clunky,sometimes redundant information requests. Log in issues a few times and rates are not stellar. Would do more diligence if ever needed this service again.
